A device for continuously applying a transverse tension in an annealing process of an ultra-thin strip, including an unfolding and receiving mechanism for unwinding and winding the strip and an orthopedic mechanism for correcting the strip including an annealing furnace, and two orthopedic assemblies fixedly arranged inside the annealing furnace; the two orthopedic assemblies are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the strip, are parallel to an advancing direction of the strip and correspond to side edges of the strip, and include annular guide rails; each annular guide rail is fixedly connected with the annealing furnace and is slidably connected with an orthopedic part; the orthopedic part corresponds to each side edge of the strip, and each annular guide rail is internally provided with a driving part; the driving part is in transmission connection with the orthopedic part, and the orthopedic part is communicated with an air source part.

Device and method for continuously applying transverse tension in annealing process of ultra-thin strip

A semi-automatic adjustment device for suppressing tension fluctuations during a rolling process of an ultra-thin strip includes a semi-automatic tension regulator, a semi-automatic tuned mass damper of variable stiffness and damping, a coiler, a tension roller and a twenty-high roller system. The semi-automatic tension regulator is disposed between the coiler and the tension roller, the semi-automatic tuned mass damper of variable stiffness and damping is disposed between the tension roller and the twenty-high roller system. The semi-automatic adjustment device can be used to reduce a short-time fluctuation impact of tension during startup and shutdown of a twenty-high roll mill when the twenty-high rolling mill rolls an ultra-thin strip, improve system stability, absorb the continuous micro disturbances generated during the rolling process of the twenty-high roll mill, and achieve flexible and stable adjustment of tension during the rolling process.

Semi-automatic adjustment device for suppressing tension fluctuations during rolling process of ultra-thin strip

A hydraulically controlled backing roller includes a mandrel, two cover plates which are installed at two ends of the mandrel through screws respectively, and two screwdown gears which are installed at two end portions of the mandrel respectively. The two screwdown gears are engaged with an output rack of a screwdown hydraulic cylinder, multiple saddle ring sets are sleeved on the mandrel at equal intervals, a saddle ring of each of the saddle ring sets is fixed with a frame through a fan-shaped plate, a backing bearing is provided between two adjacent saddle ring sets; an inner eccentric ring of the each of the saddle ring sets is driven to rotate by hydraulic driving, so that the mandrel has a deflection deformation, and the deflection deformation is transmitted to other adjacent rollers through the backing bearing.

Hydraulically controlled backing roller

A single-side tower-type roller system based asynchronous rolling mill for rolling an ultra-thin composite strip and a hydraulic system therefor are provided. The mill includes a machine frame and reel assemblies. An upper roller system assembly and a lower roller system assembly are arranged in the machine frame. A down-pressing assembly is arranged on the machine frame and used to adjust a roll gap between the upper roller system assembly and the lower roller system assembly. A support roller balance assembly is arranged on the machine frame and used to support and balance the upper roller system assembly. The lower roller system assembly includes right and left working rollers. The right working roller is a plain roller. The left working roller is a patterned roller. A left-pressing assembly is arranged on the machine frame and used to adjust a roll gap between the right and left working rollers.
