The display module includes: a first bonding region of a circuit board is provided with a first row of circuit board pads and a second row of circuit board pads, and each row of circuit board pads comprises multiple circuit board pads arranged at intervals in a first direction; a second bonding region of the display substrate is provided with a plurality of substrate pads arranged in the first direction, an orthographic projection of the display substrate onto the circuit board does not overlap the first bonding region, and the second bonding region is close to the first bonding region. The circuit board pads are bonded to the substrate pads via suspended wires. The second row of circuit board pads comprises first circuit board pads and second circuit board pads.

A display includes a display substrate and a flexible circuit board. The display substrate includes a silicon substrate, a driving circuit of which at least part is embedded in the silicon substrate, and a first pad electrically connected with the driving circuit. The driving circuit includes a transistor with a semiconductor layer; the flexible circuit board includes a flexible substrate, a first wiring layer, and a first reinforcement plate. The first wiring layer includes a main wiring portion and a second pad electrically connected with the main wiring portion, and the second pad is electrically connected with the first pad by a conductive adhesive layer. The first reinforcement plate covers the main wiring portion and does not cover the second pad. The source driving circuit includes a DAC power amplifier, and a switch unit. The DAC is configured to convert a digital data signal into an analog data signal; the power amplifier is configured to receive the analog data signal and improve a driving capability of the analog data signal; the switch unit is connected to the DAC, the power amplifier, and a control signal terminal, and is configured to connect the DAC to the power amplifier in response to a signal of the control signal terminal.
