A NMQL grinding device of ultrasonic vibration assists grinding fluid micro-channel infiltration, and solves the problem that nanofluids are difficult to fully infiltrate the grinding zone in the prior art. Fully considers the impact of thickness of undeformed grinding debris on the grinding process and the lubrication state of single grains during material removal in the grinding process, the advantage of ultrasonic vibration assistance on improving the lubri-cooling performance of NMQL grinding is effectively achieved. According to the solution, the device includes an ultrasonic vibration mechanism capable of adjusting the spatial position of ultrasonic vibrators, the mechanism being arranged on a worktable; a NMQL grinding mechanism, arranged above a workpiece fixing table; and a grinding force measuring mechanism, including a dynamometer and a grinding force controller connected with the dynamometer, the dynamometer being arranged at the bottom of the ultrasonic vibration mechanism.

Nanofluid minimum quantity lubrication grinding device of ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding fluid micro-channel infiltration

The present invention discloses an integrated online measurement system for thermophysical property parameters of nanofluid cutting fluid, consisting of a gas path system, a fluid path system, a nanofluid thermal conductivity measurement device, a measurement device for a convective heat transfer coefficient and a nanofluid/workpiece heat partition ratio of the nanofluid cutting fluid, and a grinding force and grinding temperature measurement device or a milling force and milling temperature measurement device; the nanofluid thermal conductivity measurement device is located in the fluid path system; the gas path system provides pressure for the nanofluid in the fluid path system, two nozzles lead out from the fluid path system, and the nanofluid gas spray ejected by the nozzle I is sprayed onto the surface of a workpiece I to form the measurement device for the nanofluid convective heat transfer coefficient and the nanofluid/workpiece heat partition ratio; and the nanofluid gas spray ejected by the nozzle II is sprayed onto the surface of a workpiece II to form the grinding force and grinding temperature measurement device.

Integrated online measurement system for thermophysical property parameters of nanofluid cutting fluid

A multi-angle two-dimensional ultrasonic vibration assisted nanofluid micro-lubrication grinding device includes a workpiece fixture for clamping a workpiece and a grinding wheel for grinding the workpiece, the fixture being connected with a two-dimensional ultrasonic vibration device to maintain the sharpness of the grinding wheel cutting edge and cool the grinding temperature on the workpiece surface; a jetting mechanism used for jetting nanofluid to the workpiece is arranged on one side of the grinding wheel so as to form two-dimensional ultrasonic vibration and nanofluid micro-lubrication grinding coupling; the device applies the variable-angle two-dimensional ultrasonic vibration technology to grinding processing, and adjusts the angles of two ultrasonic vibrators to generate different combined vibration directions to change the relative movement trajectories of abrasive particles and a workpiece. A grinding force and grinding temperature are detected in real time by force measurement and temperature measurement devices, meanwhile cooperation with nanofluid micro-lubrication is utilized.
