This invention provides a production method of a poly(carbonate-ether)polyol, comprising the steps of: performing a reaction between a carboxylic acid and an epoxide to obtain an intermediate, wherein the carboxylic acid has an acidity constant of 0.2 to 4; and performing a polymerization reaction between the intermediate and carbon dioxide under the action of a rare earth doped double metal cyanide of Zn[Co(CN)]to obtain a poly(carbonate-ether)polyol. In the production method of the poly(carbonate-ether)polyol provided by this invention, a carboxylic acid having a suitable acidity constant is used as an initiator and an epoxide is firstly activated by using the carboxylic acid, and polyethers having different molecular weights generated in situ after activation are used as chain transfer agents to be involved in the polymerization reaction between carbon dioxide and the epoxide under the action of a rare earth doped double metal cyanide Zn[Co(CN)]. This production method of the poly(carbonate-ether)polyol has a shorter reaction time, and the content of a byproduct propylene carbonate in the product is relatively low.

The present invention provides a metalporphyrin complex having structure represented by formula (I), wherein R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, Rand Rare independently selected from one of hydrogen, halogen, aliphatic group, substituted heteroaliphatic group, aryl and substituted heteroaryl; n is 1-6; L is quaternary ammonium functional group or quaternary phosphonium functional group; M is a metal element; and X is one of halogen, &#x2014;NO, BF&#x2014;, &#x2014;CN, p-methyl benzoate, o-nitrophenol oxygen anion, 2,4-dinitrophenol oxygen anion, 2,4,6-trinitrophenol oxygen anion, 3,5-dichlorophenol oxygen anion and pentafluorophenol oxygen anion. The metalporphyrin complex provided in the present invention has two quaternary ammonium functional groups or two quaternary phosphonium functional groups, and compared with the prior art, the metalporphyrin complex shows higher catalytic activity in catalyzing polymerization reaction of carbon dioxide and an epoxide.

Metalporphyrin complex, preparation method therefor and method for preparing polycarbonate

This invention relates to a catalyst for producing aliphatic polycarbonate, which is composed of a rare-earth coordination compound; an alkyl metal compound; a polyol; and a carbonate. The catalytic efficiency of the catalyst of the present invention is more than 8&times;10 g polymer/mol RE(RE is rare earth metal). The number average molecular weight of the polymer is higher than 30,000. The degree of carbon dioxide fixation is more than 42 wt % and the content of alternative sequence structure exceeds 97%.

Catalyst for producing aliphatic polycarbonate and the preparation thereof

The present invention provides a method of preparation for a degradable, water and oil resistant protective membrane. In the said method, carbon dioxide copolymer is dissolved in a low toxic or non-toxic solvent to form a solution of 3-6 wt % concentration. After standing and filtration to remove metal oxide, the solution is used to coat the surface of the fabricated starch, paper pulp, or straw tableware by spraying or dipping. The residual solvent is removed by drying process and a degradable, water and oil resistant and transparent protective membrane is obtained. The thickness of the protective membrane is in the range of 10-20 micrometer. Metal ion content is lower than 1 ppm. No leakage and deformation of the tableware are observed after the tableware is immerged in water or edible oil for 4 hours at 80&deg; C. The decoloration test by cold edible oil and ethanol is negative. Fungus test gives grade V.

This invention relates to a process for preparing water soluble conductive polyaniline composite represented by the formula(III) which comprises reacting emeraldine base-type polyaniline(EB) representing by the formula(I) with poly(ethyleneglycol) hydrogen sulfate (PEGSF) represented by the formula(II), and to water soluble conductive polyaniline composite synthesized by the said process ##STR1## wherein, x is an integer or fractional number; y is 0 to 1 ##STR2## wherein, n is 4 to 200. ##STR3## wherein, x and n are same as defined above.
