A wheel rotation speed measurement assembly and a wheel hub driving system. The assembly includes a wheel hub bearer, a synchronous shaft and a compiler. The wheel hub bearer has a central shaft and an outer ring. The central shaft is hollow with an inner cavity and forms a torsion-resistant connection with a vehicle suspension. The outer ring can be driven to rotate relative to the central shaft, and forms a torsion-resistant connection with the wheel hub. The synchronous shaft is arranged in the inner cavity and has an end that is close to the first end has a torsion-resistant connection with the outer ring. The compiler is mounted at an end of the synchronous shaft away from the first end. The assembly has a simple structure and can measure the wheel rotation speed directly. Rotation speed output by this compact wheel hub driving system can be accurately measured.

A wheel hub driving system, including a housing, an electric motor, two planetary gear sets and a wheel hub bearing. The wheel hub bearing has a middle axle and an outer ring, the middle axle is fixed relative to the housing, and both a primary sun gear and a secondary sun gear are sleeved around the periphery of the wheel hub bearing. A stator of the electric motor, a primary geared ring and a secondary geared ring are all fixed to the housing. A rotor of the electric motor is anti-torsionally connected to the primary sun gear. A primary planet carrier is anti-torsionally connected to the secondary sun gear, a secondary planet carrier is anti-torsionally connected to the outer ring and the outer ring is configured to be anti-torsionally connected to a wheel rim so as to transmit power from the electric motor to the wheel rim.

Wheel hub driving system

An in-wheel drive system includes a hub, a driving motor, a rotor support fixed to a rotor of the driving motor on the inner radial side of the rotor, and planetary gear reducers. The planetary gear reducer comprises a sun gear shaft, a planetary gear, a ring gear, and a planetary gear carrier, wherein the sun gear shaft is fixed to the rotor support on the outer radial side of the hub, and the planetary gear carrier is fixed to the hub. A driving force/torque is transmitted to the hub via the rotor, the rotor support, the sun gear shaft, the planetary gear, and the planetary gear carrier. The in-wheel drive system removes the need for a conventional transmission half axle, differential, and other transmission parts, shortens the transmission chain, is conducive to the vehicle layout design, and can easily implement torque vector control.
