A panel includes a substrate, an array layer and an electrode array layer. The array layer is on a side of the substrate; the electrode array layer is on a side of the array layer away from the substrate; and the array layer includes an active layer, a gate metal layer and a source/drain metal layer. The substrate includes drive units arranged in an array, scan line groups, data lines extending in a second direction; and common signal lines extending in the second direction. The scan line group includes first scan lines and second scan lines, extending in a first direction. The first direction is perpendicular with the second direction. The electrode array layer includes drive electrodes arranged in an array; the drive electrodes correspond to the drive units; and the drive unit includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a first capacitor and a second capacitor.

Panel and drive method thereof

A driving circuit includes a first signal-input terminal, a second signal-input terminal, a third signal-input terminal, a fourth signal-input terminal, a signal-output terminal, and a voltage-boosting unit including a first module, a second module, a third module, and a first capacitor. The first module transmits the signal at the third signal-input terminal to a first terminal of the first capacitor during a first time period, and blocks signal transmission during a second time period. During the first time period and the second time period, the second module transmits the signal at the third signal-input terminal to the third module to allow the signal at the fourth signal-input terminal to be transmitted to a second terminal of the first capacitor. During a third time period, the second module and the third module both block signal transmission. The first terminal of the first capacitor is connected to the signal-output terminal for output.

A drive circuit and its drive method, and a panel and its drive method are provided. The drive circuit includes a step-up unit, a plurality of signal input terminals and a signal output terminal, which are electrically connected with each other. The step-up unit includes a first module, a second module, a third module and a first capacitor, which are electrically connected with each other. The first module is configured to transmit a signal of a third signal input terminal to a first electrode of the first capacitor. The second module is configured to transmit a signal of a fourth signal input terminal to a second electrode of the first capacitor. The third module is configured to transmit a signal of the third signal input terminal to the second electrode of the first capacitor, which further increases the signal of the first electrode of the first capacitor.

Drive circuit and drive method thereof, and panel and drive method thereof

A display component and a display device are provided. The display component includes a display panel including a first substrate, a thin-film transistor array layer, a second substrate and a coil-containing film layer. The coil-containing film layer at least includes a first metal layer, a first insulation layer, a second metal layer, and a second insulation layer. The first metal layer includes at least one first coil and the second metal layer includes at least one signal line, where the one first coil of the first metal layer is electrically connected to one or two signal lines of the second metal layer. An orthographic projection of the first coil on the first substrate is at least partially in the display region. The display component further includes a coil drive circuit, where the coil drive circuit is electrically connected to each of the first coil and the signal line, respectively.

Display component and display device

A display panel, a display device, and a method for manufacturing a display panel are provided. The display panel includes an array substrate, a color film substrate, and support pillars located between the array substrate and the color filter substrate. The array substrate includes sub-pixels, multiple gate lines, multiple data lines and a common electrode line. The common electrode line includes a first wire portion extending in a first direction and located between two adjacent sub-pixels. The data lines include multiple support sections each located at an intersection of the data line with the first wire portion. An orthographic projection of each of the support sections on the base substrate is a support region. A side of the support pillar close to the array substrate is located in the support region.

The present disclosure provides a touch display device, including an upper substrate, a lower substrate, and a liquid crystal layer placed between the upper and lower substrates. The upper substrate includes a touch detection structure, and a plurality of pixel units arranged in a matrix. Each pixel unit includes a switch element and a pixel electrode. The lower substrate includes a common electrode and a reflection layer. The reflection layer is used for reflecting external light, and the external light refers to light from outside and sequentially emitting to the upper substrate and the liquid crystal layer, and then being incident to the reflection layer. In the touch display device, no whole or large area display electrode such as the common electrode is placed between the touch detection structure and the users. Thus, external touch signals will not be shielded, and the touch function can be better realized.

Touch display device

A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a display region, a color film substrate, and an array substrate. The display region includes transmissive regions each including color sub-pixels, and reflective regions each including black-and-white sub-pixels. A first common electrode is configured in the color film substrate corresponding to all of the transmissive regions and the reflective regions. A plurality of first pixel electrodes is configured in a portion of the array substrate corresponding to the transmissive regions. A plurality of second pixel electrodes, a reflective layer and a plurality of first thin-film transistors are configured in a portion of the array substrate corresponding to the reflective regions. One first thin-film transistor is electrically connected to one first pixel electrode. A second common electrode is configured in the array substrate corresponding to all of the transmissive regions and the reflective regions.

Display panel and display device

An array substrate and a display panel are provided. The array substrate includes a base layer, a first metal layer, a first insulating layer, a second metal layer, a second insulating layer, a first electrode layer, and a reflective layer successively stacked along a direction perpendicular to a plane in which the base layer is located. The second metal layer is used to form a source and a drain of a thin film transistor. The first electrode layer is used to form a pixel electrode. The second insulating layer is provided with a through-hole. The pixel electrode is connected to the drain of the thin film transistor through the through-hole. The reflective layer is provided with a first through-hole, and an orthographic projection of the first through-hole onto the base layer covers an orthographic projection of the through-hole onto the base layer.

A touch-control display panel, driving method, and a touch-control display device are provided. The touch-control display panel includes: a display area including a plurality of pixels; a non-display area; a first substrate; and a second substrate opposing the first substrate. A portion of the first substrate in the first region includes a pixel electrode layer and a first electrode layer. The first electrode layer is located on a side of the pixel electrode layer away from the second substrate and includes a plurality of first electrodes. The pixel electrode layer includes a plurality of pixel electrodes. A touch-control electrode layer is located on a side of the second substrate toward the first substrate and includes a plurality of touch-control electrodes. The non-display area of the display panel includes a chip bonding area, the display area includes first and second display areas. The display area includes sub-pixels and reflective layer portions, projection of reflective layer portion corresponds to opening region of sub-pixel. The display area further includes first and second signal lines. The second signal lines are connected to the first signal lines and the chip bonding area, and each includes first and second lines. The first line is connected to the first signal lines and the chip bonding area through the second line, and arranged in the second display area and extends along a column direction. A projection of first line overlaps a projection of reflective layer portion. The second lines are arranged in the non-display area.

A display panel and a display apparatus are provided. An exemplary display panel includes a display area; a non-display area; a plurality of pixels, including a plurality of edge pixels and a plurality of compensation pixels, arranged as an array along a row direction and a column direction and having a plurality of pixel rows and a plurality of pixel columns; and a light shielding layer. At least portions of transmission areas of the edge pixels are disposed in the display area; entire transmission areas of the compensation pixels are disposed in the non-display area; and a distance d between a first compensation pixel in a first pixel row and a second compensation pixel in a second pixel row is smaller than a distance D between a first edge pixel in the first pixel row and a second edge pixel in the second pixel row.

A liquid crystal display panel and a display device are disclosed. The liquid crystal display panel includes an array substrate and an opposite substrate arranged opposite to each other, reflecting metal located on the side of the array substrate facing the opposite substrate, color filters arranged in an array on the side of the opposite substrate facing the array substrate, and black matrixes located on the side of the opposite substrate facing the array substrate, where strip-shaped first opening areas extending in a second direction are arranged between each pair of adjacent color filters in different colors arranged in a first direction, and the black matrixes and the first opening areas are arranged alternately in the second direction.

Liquid crystal display panel and display device

The present disclosure provides a liquid crystal display panel including an array substrate and a color filter layer. The array substrate includes sub-pixels arranged in array. Each sub-pixel includes an upper driving region and a lower driving region arranged adjacent to one another and have substantially the same area. The color filter layer includes an upper color region, a lower color region, and an auxiliary color region, respectively corresponding to main aperture region of the upper driving region, lower driving region, and auxiliary aperture region of the upper driving region. The color of the upper color region is different from colors of the lower color region and the auxiliary color region respectively. The upper driving region includes two aperture regions corresponding to color zones of different colors, which can realize multi-color display under low power consumption, and can meanwhile alleviate the problem of image flicker under a low frequency.

A touch display panel includes: a base substrate provided with multiple gate lines and data lines which are insulated from and intersecting with each other to define multiple sub-pixels; a common electrode layer, formed by multiple self-capacitance electrodes arranged in an M*N array; a drive integrated circuit; and multiple touch detection signal lines; at least three adjacent columns of sub-pixels constitute a pixel column, each column of sub-pixels is parallel to an extending direction of the data line; the touch detection signal line is located between two adjacent columns of sub-pixels, the multiple touch detection signal lines connects the self-capacitance electrode with the drive integrated circuit, at least part of two adjacent pixel columns is not provided with the touch detection signal line therebetween; the drive integrated circuit provides common signal or touch detection signal to the touch detection signal line in display stage or touch stage, respectively.

Touch display panel and display device

A liquid display panel, and a display device are provided. The liquid display panel includes an array substrate. The array substrate includes a base substrate, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of scanning lines, and an auxiliary electrode. The data lines and the scanning lines intersect to form a plurality of pixels arranged in an array. Each pixel includes a first sub-pixel and a second sub-pixel adjacent to each other. Each first sub-pixel includes a first pixel electrode and a first electrode, while each second sub-pixel includes a second pixel electrode. The second sub-pixel has an area larger than the first pixel; and the second pixel electrode has an area larger than the first pixel electrode. At least a portion of the auxiliary electrode and the first electrode overlap with each other to form a first auxiliary capacitance for the first sub-pixel, and an overlap region between the auxiliary electrode and the first electrode extends into the second sub-pixel of a same pixel.
