The present disclosure relates to an occluder pushing device and an occluder delivery system, wherein the pushing device includes a pushing component and a handle. The pushing component includes a pushing tube and a traction element slidably inserted into the pushing tube. The handle is fixedly connected to a proximal end of the pushing tube and internally provided with a moving component and a locking component. The moving component includes a translation mechanism and a rotation mechanism, where the translation mechanism is used to drive the traction element to move axially inside the pushing tube, and the rotation mechanism is used to drive the traction element to rotate axially inside the pushing tube. The locking component is used to lock relative positions of the traction element and the pushing tube, and the rotation mechanism includes a locking structure for locking or releasing linkage between the rotation mechanism and the traction element. The pushing device of the present invention has provided therein the locking component for locking the traction element and the pushing tube in relative positions, such that when the pushing tube pushes the occluder, the relative positions of the traction element and the pushing tube lock the occluder in a folded state, thereby preventing the occluder from being prematurely released before reaching a pre-determined position.

The present application provides an implantation method of an artificial heart valve. The implantation method can include forming an incision in the left chest to expose the ventricle; advancing a guide wire kept away from chordae tendineaes through the atrium into the ventricle; advancing a guide wire catcher into the ventricle from the incision to pull out the distal end of the guide wire from the ventricle; and advancing the artificial heart valve into the ventricle from the distal end of the guide wire with a valve deliverer, and placing the artificial heart valve at a primary valve between the ventricle and the atrium along the guide wire. The artificial heart valve may avoid the chordae tendineaes in the heart system through the guide wire track during implantation.

The present invention relates to an occluder, comprising a meshed occlusion body provided with a cavity, and a proximal hub, as well as a locking member and a stopping member both of which are located in the cavity. The proximal occluder head is provided with a locking hole in communication with the cavity. An occlusion device comprises the occluder, a hollow delivery' mechanism and a traction member. The distal end of the traction member is detachably connected to the proximal end of the locking member of the occluder after extending through the distal end of the delivery' mechanism. The occlusion device has a simple locking structure, and simplifies the manufacturing process and the locking operation.

A crack generated in the first part is impeded by the interface when extending to the second part. On the premise of ensuring radial stand strength, the bioabsorbable medical device or medical device component and a preparation method thereof reduce wall thickness of an iron-based stand, improve a stand corrosion rate and malleability, and achieve broader adaptability.

An occlusion device comprises a distal end, a proximal end and an elastic braided body which is provided between the proximal end and the distal end and made of wires. The elastic braided body is composed of a multi-stage braided net, which comprises at least a first-stage braided net that is closest to the distal end and made of a plurality of first-stage wires, and a second-stage braided net which is braided by a plurality of first-stage wires and second-stage wires all together. The minimum cross-section area of the first-stage braided net after being compressed toward the direction perpendicular to an axis of the elastic braided body is less than the minimum cross-section area of any other-stage braided net after being compressed toward the axis. A method for manufacturing the occlusion device is also provided.
