Provided are an organic light-emitting display panel and a display device. The organic light-emitting display includes an array substrate and organic light-emitting components each having an anode, a cathode and an organic functional layer. The organic functional layer includes an organic light-emitting layer, a first electron transmission layer, and a hole injection layer. LUMO1 and LUMO4 satisfy: |LUMO1&#x2212;LUMO4|&#x3c;1.7 eV. HOMO5 and HOMO4 satisfy: |HOMO5&#x2212;HOMO4|&#x3c;1 eV. A work function &#x3c6;1 of the first dopant and a work function &#x3c6;4 of the cathode satisfy: &#x3c6;1&#x3c;&#x3c6;4, and a work function &#x3c6;2 of the second dopant and a work function &#x3c6;3 of the anode satisfy: &#x3c6;2&#x3e;&#x3c6;3.

Organic light-emitting display panel and display device with earth metal dopants

The present disclosure provides an aromatic heterocyclic compound having property of thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF). The aromatic heterocyclic compound has a structure represented by Formula (I), in which Xand Xeach is S, O, Se, or C; D is an electron donor, A is an electron acceptor; m is a number of the electron donor D, and the m electron donors D are the same or different; n is a number of the electron acceptor, and the n electron acceptors are the same or different; and m and n are 1 or 2. The aromatic heterocyclic compound provides a high luminescence efficiency. Organic light-emitting display devices including such aromatic heterocyclic compound have improved luminescence efficiency, lower cost and longer service life by using the aromatic heterocyclic compound as a light-emitting material, a host material, or a guest material. 

Aromatic heterocyclic compound and organic light-emitting display device

The disclosure relates to the technical field of organic electroluminescent materials, and particularly to a compound and an organic light emitting display device. The compound has structure shown as formula (I): where D represents an electron donor unit, A represents an electron acceptor unit, in and n are each independently selected from 1, 2 or 3, and m+n&#x2264;4. When the compound of the present disclosure is used as a light emitting material, a guest material, or a host material of an organic light emitting display device, higher light emitting efficiency can be achieved.

The present disclosure provides a compound having property of thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) and a display device. The compound has a structure represented by Formula (I), in which X is S, O, Se, or C; D is an electron donor, A is an electron acceptor; m is a number of the electron donor D, and the m electron donors D are the same or different; n is a number of the electron acceptor, and the n electron acceptors are the same or different, m and n are integers each independently selected from 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, and m+n&#x2264;6. The present disclosure relates to a nitrogen heterocycle fused ring-indene compound having a structure represented by the Formula (I), in which Arrepresents a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic fused ring group containing at least one nitrogen heteroaryl; Arrepresents a chemical group acting as an electron donor; Rand Rare independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C3-C20 cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkoxy, substituted or unsubstituted C3-C20 heterocyclyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C40 aryl, and substituted or unsubstituted C5-C40 heteroaryl. The compounds according to the present disclosure have high glass transition temperature and thermal stability, and are easy to form a high-quality amorphous film, so that a driving voltage can be lowered, the luminous efficiency and lifetime of the device are improved.

The present disclosure provides a light-emitting structure, a display panel, a display device, and a control method for a display panel, so as to solve the problem that the user's eyes cannot clearly see the image displayed by the display panel due to ambient light. The light-emitting structure includes a light-emitting unit and a variable reflectivity unit. The light-emitting unit includes a first electrode, a second electrode and a light-emitting layer in between. The first electrode is a transparent electrode. The variable reflectivity unit includes a piezoelectric structure and a layer of liquid reflective material between the first electrode and the piezoelectric structure. A thickness of the layer of the liquid reflective material filled between the piezoelectric structure and the first electrode is changed by deformation of the piezoelectric structure. The light-emitting structure is used to emit light for displaying the image.

Provided are an organic light-emitting display panel and a display device, for improving the light extraction efficiency of OLED display panel. The organic light-emitting display panel includes an array substrate having a plurality of driving elements, and a plurality of organic light-emitting components. Each light-emitting component includes an anode, a cathode and an organic functional layer arranged between the anode and the cathode. The organic functional layer includes a hole transmission region, a light-emitting layer, and an electron transmission region stacked in a sequence from the anode to the cathode. With respect to visible light having a certain wavelength, a refractive index of the light-emitting layer is less than a refractive index of the electron transmission region, and the refractive index of the light-emitting layer is less than a refractive index of the hole transmission region. The above organic light-emitting display panel is applicable to the display device.

The present disclosure relates to an electron transport material having a structure represented by formula (I). The present disclosure enhances the glass transition temperature of the material by way of increasing the molecular weight thereof through modifying phenanthroline, without influencing the electron transport property of the material. A novel type of electron transport material having a glass transition temperature of more than 100&#xb0; C. is designed by the present disclosure. The compound provided by the present disclosure is used as an electron transport material, i.e. as an electron transport layer; and the compound is doped with metals for use as an electron injection layer, thereby improving the efficiency of an OLED device and reducing the operation voltage.

An organic light-emitting display panel and an electronic device thereof are provided. The organic light-emitting display panel comprises a substrate, and a first electrode, a first light-emitting material layer, a second light-emitting material layer, and a second electrode disposed above the substrate in a preset order. The first light-emitting material layer includes at least one P-type host material and at least one N-type host, material, and a total volume percentage content of the P-type host material is more than a total volume percentage content of the N-type host material. The second light-emitting material layer includes at least one P-type host material and at least one N-type host material, and a total volume percentage content of the N-type host material is more than a total volume percentage content of the P-type host material.

The light-emitting element comprises an anode, a cathode opposite to the anode, and a plurality of organic layers placed between the anode and the cathode; at least three of the plurality of organic layers each independently contain a compound having a spirobifluorene structure; or at least two of the plurality of organic layers each contain the compound having a spirobifluorene structure and together contain at least three types of the compound having a spirobifluorene structure. By providing the organic layers with the compound having a spirobifluorene structure, the HOMO or LUMO energy level difference for hole or electron transport between different organic layers can be reduced due to the spirobifluorene compounds having the same main ring structure, which facilitates injection of electrons and/or holes, improving the luminous efficiency and lowering the turn on voltage.
