This disclosure provides an area array detector, a detection method, and a corresponding container/vehicle inspection system, and relates to the field of ray scanning. The area array detector for the container/vehicle inspection system includes sparsely arranged detector assemblies, and a first detector assembly is different from other second detector assemblies; and a backplane for carrying and mounting detector assemblies, and the area array detector supporting scanning modes is enabled.

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of CT detection, and in particular to a CT inspection system and a CT imaging method. The CT inspection system provided by the present disclosure comprises a radioactive source device, a detection device, a rotation monitoring device and an imaging device, wherein the detection device obtains detection data at a frequency that is N times a beam emitting frequency of the radioactive source device; the rotation monitoring device detects a rotation angle of the detection device and transmits a signal to the imaging device each time the detection device rotates by a preset angle; the imaging device determines a rotational position of the detection device each time the radioactive source device emits a beam according to the signal transmitted by the rotation monitoring device and the detection data of the detection device.

The present disclosure provides a dual-energy detection apparatus and method. The dual-energy detection apparatus includes an X-ray source configured to send a first X-ray beam to an object to be measured; a scintillation detector configured to work in an integration mode, and receive a second X-ray beam penetrating through the object to be measured to generate a first electrical signal; a Cherenkov detector configured to be located behind the scintillation detector, work in a counting mode, and receive a third X-ray beam penetrating through the scintillation detector to generate a second electrical signal; and a processor configured to output image, thickness and material information of the object to be measured according to the first electrical signal and the second electrical signal. The dual-energy detection method provided by the present disclosure may acquire an image of the object to be measured that is clearer and contains more information.

The present disclosure discloses an afterglow detection device and an afterglow detection method. The afterglow detection device comprises: an X-ray tube for emitting an X-ray beam; a first reading circuit for receiving a first detected signal from a to-be-detected detector to form and output a first measurement signal according to the first detected signal, the to-be-detected detector being connected to the first reading circuit and disposed on a beam-out side of the X-ray tube to receive radiation of the X-ray beam and outputting the first detected signal to the first reading circuit at the time of detection; a residual ray detector disposed on a beam-out side of the X-ray tube; a second reading circuit connected to the residual ray detector for receiving a second detected signal from the residual ray detector to form and output a second measurement signal according to the second detected signal.

A detection apparatus and a detection method are disclosed. In one aspect, the detection apparatus includes a sampling device for collecting samples to be checked. It further includes a sample pre-processing device configured to pre-process the sample from the sampling device. According to the embodiments, the packaging structure for an opto-electronic device may comprise an opto-electronic chip and a packaging base. The opto-electronic chip comprises: a substrate having a first substrate surface and a second substrate surface opposite to each other; an opto-electronic device formed on the substrate; and electrodes for the opto-electronic device which are formed on the first substrate surface. The packaging base has a first base surface and a second base surface opposite to each other, and comprises conductive channels extending from the first base surface to the second base surface. The opto-electronic chip is stacked on the packaging base in such a manner that the first substrate surface faces the packaging base, and the electrodes formed on the first substrate surface of the opto-electronic chip are bonded with corresponding conductive channels in the packaging base.

A capacitive touchscreen includes a substrate and a transparent conductive layer arranged on the substrate. The conductive layer includes a sensing area. The sensing area has a first side and a second side opposite to the first side. The capacitive touchscreen further includes multiple transparent and conductive first electrodes, multiple transparent and conductive second electrodes, and transparent and nonconductive patterns. Each first electrode includes a first trunk extending from the first side toward the second side. Each second electrode includes a second trunk and a wiring coupled to the second trunk. Both the second trunk and the wiring extend from the first side toward the second side, and each second trunk cooperates with a corresponding first trunks to be operable to sense a touched position. The transparent and nonconductive patterns are located between the first and second electrodes to electrically isolate the first electrodes from the second electrodes.

Darkroom type security inspection apparatus and method

A container includes a light source and an accommodating cavity. The container further includes a control component and a touch control panel arranged at a location of the accommodating cavity which is easy gripped. The control component is electrically coupled to the light source and the touch control panel. The control component controls the light source to emit light according to an external touch signal sensed by the touch control panel. The container employs the touch control panel as a sensing switch. Upon a user touching a side face of the container with a hand, the control component turns on the light source to emit light, and when the user's fingers leave the container, the control component controls the light source to be turned off.

The present application relates to a dual energy detector and a radiation inspection system. The dual energy detector comprises: a detector module mount and a plurality of detector modules. The detector module includes a higher energy detector array and a lower energy detector array, which are juxtaposedly provided on said detector module mount to be independently irradiated. The present application may simplify the arrangement of the photodiodes and printed circuit boards to which the higher and lower energy detector arrays are connected, such that necessary thickness dimension of the detector module mount is reduced, thereby facilitating the installation and use of the dual energy detector of the present application. On the other hand, the radiation beam in the present application may be independently irradiated to the higher and lower energy detector arrays juxtaposed to each other, which reduces to certain extent the mutual restriction during selection of the higher and lower energy detector arrays.

Wherein, the radiation detection apparatus of this disclosure comprises: a radiation detector which generates an electrical signal by interacting with X-rays; an Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) which is coupled to the radiation detector and transmits the electrical signal to a waveform data; and a data processor which receives the waveform data from the ADC, determines the number of single photon signals according to the waveform data, and determines whether an integral signal and/or a count signal of the waveform data will be used for imaging according to the number of the single photon signals.

The present invention discloses darkroom type security inspection apparatus and method. An apparatus comprises a housing constituting a closed darkroom, and assemblies disposed inside the housing. The assemblies disposed inside the housing are communicated by fittings or connectors and comprises: a sampling assembly comprising a sample collecting unit and a conveyer unit configured to convey an object to be inspected into the sample collecting unit; a sample processing assembly configured to concentrate and analyze the sample; and, an inspecting assembly configured to inspect composition of the sample by means of a gas chromatographic-ion mobility spectrometer (GC-IMS) or a separated ion mobility spectrometer (IMS). The security inspection apparatus of the present invention can perform the sampling easy, rapidly and effectively and perform the inspection accurately and rapidly without destroying and unpacking an object to be inspected, and thus is suitable for requirements of on-site rapid inspection of forbidden items in the airport, customs and the likes.

The present disclosure provides an ion mobility spectrometer, which comprises: a power supply circuit, configured to provide a power supply voltage; a corona discharge configured to generate ions to be subjected to measurement, through corona discharge; an ion migration circuit configured to control migration of the ions; a migration zone structure configured to realize, under control of the ion migration circuit, mobility spectrum measurement of the ions which pass through the migration zone structure; a redundant charge extraction electrode arranged between the corona discharge structure and the migration zone structure, so that the ions which are generated by the corona discharge structure can pass therethrough to reach the migration zone structure; and a redundant charge extraction circuit, wherein the redundant charge extraction electrode is connected to the ground through the redundant charge extraction circuit.
