The present application discloses a planar High-Electron-Mobility Transistor (HEMT), which includes a hetero-junction consisting of a first semiconductor epitaxial layer and a second semiconductor epitaxial layer, and two-dimensional electron gas located at an interface of the hetero-junction; a bottom surface of a gate trench of a trench gate is located at a bottom of the two-dimensional electron gas to cut off the two-dimensional electron gas; when gate-source voltage is higher than or equal to threshold voltage, an inversion layer is formed on a surface of the first semiconductor epitaxial layer covered by side surfaces and a bottom surface of a gate conductive material layer, and the source-end and drain-end two-dimensional electron gas is conducted to enable the device to be on; when the gate-source voltage is lower than the threshold voltage, the source-end and drain-end two-dimensional electron gas is cut off to enable the device to be off.

Planar high-electron-mobility transistor

A surface cleaning head may include a fluid distributor configured to distribute a cleaning fluid, an agitator configured to absorb at least a portion of the distributed cleaning fluid and to agitate debris on the surface to be cleaned, a fluid stripper configured to remove, from the agitator, at least a portion of the distributed cleaning fluid absorbed by the agitator, a debris container, and a removable cover. The debris container may include a solid debris chamber and a fluid debris chamber. The removable cover may include a fluid catch plate configured to transfer at least a portion of the cleaning fluid removed from the agitator by the fluid stripper to the fluid debris chamber, the fluid catch plate being configured to selectively transition between an in-use position and a cleaning position when the removable cover is removed from the surface cleaning head.

An extraction cleaner may include a cleaner body including a pump and a suction motor, a supply tank configured to be removably coupled to the cleaner body and configured to receive a first cleaning fluid, an additive tank configured to receive a second cleaning fluid, a recovery tank configured to be removably coupled to the cleaner body, and a cleaning tool including a fluid applicator and a cleaning assembly, the fluid applicator is configured to deliver one of the first cleaning fluid or a mixture of the first cleaning fluid and the second cleaning fluid to a surface to be cleaned and the cleaning assembly is configured to extract at least a portion of the delivered first cleaning fluid or at least a portion of the delivered mixture.

Extraction cleaner

A highly retractable intravascular stent delivery system, including a tube assembly and a rotation driving assembly. The tube assembly includes an outer tube, an intermediate tube, and inner tube, wherein an intravascular stentand a stent retaining blockare provided within the outer tube. The rotation driving assembly includes a housing, an outer screw, and an intermediate screwlocated within the housing, as well as a driving member. The driving member allows two screws to rotate at opposite directions, so as to drive the outer tubeto move toward the proximal end, and the intermediate tubepushes the stent retaining blockand the intravascular stentto move toward the distal end. The system uses three-lay tube structure and uses driving gear to drive two screws to move at directions opposite to each other, such that the intermediate tubeand the outer tubeare driven to move to directions opposite to each other. Therefore, the axial retraction of the intravascular stents can be effectively offset and axial movement of the intravascular stents due to axial retraction of the intravascular stents is avoided, thereby accurately implanting the stents into the body.
