The disclosure discloses a photovoltaic cell assembly, a photovoltaic cell array, and a solar cell assembly. The photovoltaic cell assembly includes: a plurality of photovoltaic cells arranged sequentially along a longitudinal direction, and at least one conductive band, where each photovoltaic cell includes a silicon wafer, a front conductive member disposed on a front surface of the silicon wafer, two electrodes disposed on a back surface of the silicon wafer, and a side conductive member that is disposed on a side surface of the silicon wafer and that is electrically connected between the front conductive member and one electrode, where the two electrodes extend along a transverse direction and are distributed at an interval in the longitudinal direction; and the conductive band has an extension direction the same as that of the electrode, and is electrically connected to two electrodes that are close to each other and that are respectively located on two neighboring photovoltaic cells, so that the two neighboring photovoltaic cells are connected in series or connected in parallel.

A solar cell assembly and a solar cell module are provided. The solar cell assembly includes a solar panel; and an installation member having a supporting portion configured for fixing the solar panel and a connecting portion configured for fixing the installation member onto a support beam. The supporting portion is disposed on a backside of the solar panel, the connecting portion extends out of an edge of the supporting portion along a direction parallel to the solar panel, the connecting portion locates outside of a coverage area of the solar panel, and the connecting portion defines a installation hole therein.

A method and system for testing a memory is provided in the present invention. The method includes the following steps. Each of at least one address bit to be tested of the memory is set to a fixed value. Current test data is written into memory unit(s) of the memory which the set address bit(s) correspond(s) to. Current read back data is read from the memory unit(s) which the set address bit(s) correspond(s) to. The current test data is compared with the current read back data. It is judged whether there is any signal integrity problem in unset address bit(s) of the memory according to the comparison result of the current test data and the current read back data, in order to determine fault address bit(s). The method and system for testing a memory provided by the present invention may determine fault address bit(s) of the memory simply and quickly.
