The present invention discloses a mobile energy storage internet system. The mobile energy storage internet system comprises distributed energy harvesting devices, mobile cold storage/heat storage devices, an energy system dispatching and monitoring center, and cold supply/heat supply terminals. The distributed energy harvesting devices are used for harvesting industrial waste cold energy/heat energy. The energy system dispatching and monitoring center is used for monitoring the residual energy of the distributed energy harvesting devices and the energy demand of the cold supply/heat supply terminals respectively, and mobilizing the mobile cold storage/heat storage devices to the distributed energy harvesting devices to store residual energy or to the cold supply/heat supply terminals to release the stored residual energy. The mobile energy storage internet system disclosed by the present invention can make full use of various waste industrial residual energy, and nest electricity of renewable energy power stations and nuclear power stations, realizes long-distance cold supply and heat supply without pipe network, and reduces energy consumption in construction industries.

A mobile phase-change heat and cold storage device include heat transfer plates, a bracket, a casing, a main tube, a storage tank, and a phase-change working medium. Heat is stored and released by the phase-change working medium, and the main tube and casing provide an interface between the heat and cold storage device and the outside world. In the process of heat storage, vapor flows through the heat transfer plates via the main tube; heat is transferred to the phase-change working medium via the heat transfer plates, and is transported in a box body to a designated position; cold water flows through the heat transfer plates via the casing; heat is transferred from the phase-change working medium to the cold water via the heat transfer plates to obtain hot water; the phase-change working medium can release heat by exothermic solidification. The process of cold storage is similar thereto.

Mobile phase-change heat and cold storage device

The present invention discloses a soil remediation device and method. Soil is remediated by (i) introducing hot air at 550-650° C. from an outlet of an air heater into the drum from a circulating hot air inlet of a discharge end fixed hood and transferring heat with the soil by direct countercurrent contact such that the soil is heated, and (ii) releasing heat from a heat accumulator at a bottom of the drum through heat pipes such that the soil is heated. As a temperature of the soil gradually rises to about 300-500° C., water and organic contaminants in the soil are volatilized into a gaseous state and carry dust to become thermal desorption offgas that is separated from the soil, the thermal desorption offgas becoming part of the hot air and flowing from the drum to a dust remover. Part of the hot air is recirculated to the drum, and another part of the hot air is discharged after being purified.

Heat pipe-enhanced heat accumulation type indirect thermal desorption-based soil remediation device and method

The present invention provides a phase change cold storage device having vortex coiled tubes, which falls within the technical field of low temperatures and comprises an inlet tube, an outlet tube, a tube plate, a baffle plate, vortex coiled tubes, a cylinder body, a central tube, a support frame, a seal head and a saddle, wherein the tube plate is fixedly connected to the cylinder body, a lower end position and a central position of the tube plate are respectively perforated, the inlet tube and the outlet tube are respectively connected to a lower end position and a central position of the tube plate, the baffle plate and the vortex coiled tubes are mounted on the central tube, one end of the central tube is fixed on the tube plate, and the other end is inserted through the support frame connected to the cylinder body, the head is connected to the cylinder, provided on the opposite side of the inlet and outlet tubes, and the saddle is provided below the cylinder. The present invention has a compact structure, is easy to manufacture, and easily enhances heat transfer with vortex coiled tubes, and at the same time, has a good cold storage effect and a wide application range.

Phase change cold storage device having vortex coiled tubes

A high-efficiency low-cost deep-condensation VOCs recovery system uses air as refrigerant. The recovery system includes a gaseous air purification system, an air liquefaction system and a VOCs recovery cold box. The gaseous air purification system includes an air filter, a cold dryer and an air purifier; the air liquefaction system comprises an air compressor, an air storage tank, a turbo-expander and an air precooler. The VOCs recovery cold box includes a VOCs precooler, a VOCs condenser and a gas-liquid separator.

Deep-condensation VOCs recovery system using air as refrigerant

An ultra-supercritical (USC) tower-type solar heat absorber includes a grille-hot-plate current-sharing screen, a tube row, and a graphite filling layer. The grille-hot-plate current-sharing screen is assembled by a plurality of grille hot plates. Each of the plurality of grille hot plates includes a liquid-absorbing core and a grille, and is filled with a phase-transition working medium (such as sodium, potassium, and lithium) and pumped to a vacuum state. When sunlight is reflected and concentrated on the grille-hot-plate current-sharing screen, the phase-transition working medium absorbs heat and evaporates on an evaporation surface of a grille hot plate, is condensed on a condensation surface of the grille hot plate, and returns to the liquid-absorbing core through a grille to produce a stable two-phase flow, which allows efficient heat transfer, homogenizes a surface heat-flow density, and greatly reduces a temperature difference and a thermal stress on a surface of the grille-hot-plate current-sharing screen.

Internal circulation of a thermal medium is realized through a specially designed rotary drum structure, and a way for heating soil by utilizing oxidative decomposition of organic contaminants is provided, so that the treatment efficiency of an apparatus and the contaminant removal effect are improved significantly on the premise of not increasing the scale of the apparatus, and at the same time, the energy consumption of a system is reduced.

A hot air circulation type indirect thermal desorption-based soil remediation system and method, belonging to the technical field of soil remediation. The system includes a thermal desorption reactor, a dust remover, a hot air circulating fan, a hot air heater, an air preheater, a combustion fan and a combustion device. By using thermal desorption gas generated by soil being heated and volatilized as a heat transfer medium and by a circular heating manner, hot air efficiently transfers heat to the soil by contact, and the high-temperature fume is kept from direct contact with the soil, so the system has the advantages of high treatment capacity, small equipment scale and the like.

A multilayer thin film evaporator for steam heating includes a housing. A three-layer evaporation cylindrical core arranged in a nested manner with one layer placed inside the other is configured inside the housing. A limiting plate is configured to fix the three-layer evaporation cylindrical core. A feeding tube, a heating medium inlet tube, and a heating medium outlet tube are sequentially fixed under the limiting plate in a crosswise manner. A rotary rack spindle passing through a center of the three-layer evaporation cylindrical core, a rotary rack fixed on the rotary rack spindle and capable of rotating with the rotary rack spindle, and a motor component connected to a top end of the rotary rack spindle and capable of driving the rotary rack spindle to rotate are further provided.

Multilayer thin film evaporator for steam heating

A method and a system of a high-temperature calcium looping thermochemical energy storage are provided. A thermochemical energy storage system is based on CaCO/CaO, and an energy storage is performed by a mutual transformation between a thermal energy and a chemical energy. When solar irradiation is sufficient, CaCOsolid particulates are indirectly heated by hot air generated from solar energy to perform an endothermic decomposition reaction, and received heat is stored in decomposition products of CaO and COin a form of the chemical energy. When heat is required, a reversible thermochemical reaction occurs between the CaO and COunder an atmospheric pressure, and the chemical energy stored in the CaO and COis transformed into the heat for release.

Method and system of high-temperature calcium looping thermochemical energy storage

A multi-stage evaporation system enhanced by a gravity-reduced field consists of evaporation structures of multiple stages. There are three different operation modes, namely, a serial-connected air and parallel-connected solution mode, a serial-connected air and serial-connected solution mode, and a parallel-connected air and serial-connected solution mode. In the evaporation chambers, the solution directly contacts the air to transfer the heat and mass. The solution is sprayed on the rotating filling material, and is uniformly distributed under the action of the gravity-reduced field, which enhances the heat and mass transfer. The solution is gasified by absorbing the heat energy thereof. Meanwhile, the air can carry more water vapor after being heated by the solution and thus having an increased temperature, and take away the gasified solution, thereby achieving the purpose of evaporation.

A counter-flow fin plate heat exchanger for gas-to-gas heat exchange includes several outer channel fins, an outer channel bending plate, an inner channel fin and an inner channel bending plate. The outer channel bending plate is a flat plate with two sides bending upward vertically. The inner channel bending plate is a cuboid box without a cap on the top, and the top of the inner channel bending plate is hermetically fixed with the bottom of the outer channel bending plate. The several outer channel fins are arranged in parallel inside the outer channel bending plate. The inner channel fins are arranged inside the inner channel bending plate.
