A welding positioning apparatus includes a carrier and a pressing module. The carrier includes a pressing region and placement regions, where the pressing region is formed between two placement regions spaced apart along a first direction. The pressing module includes a pressing block and a driving apparatus, where the driving apparatus is drivingly connected to the pressing block to drive the pressing block to move toward the pressing region along a second direction. A side of the pressing block facing the pressing region is provided with a pressing surface and an avoidance space. The pressing surface is configured to press a portion of a tab of an electrode assembly along the second direction. The avoidance space is located on a side of the pressing surface along the first direction and is open on a side facing the pressing region.

This application relates to a bare cell film coating apparatus and method, and a battery manufacturing system. The bare cell film coating apparatus includes: a supporting assembly, configured to support a cell assembly; and a film coating assembly, configured to apply a coating of an insulation film to a bare cell in the cell assembly placed on the supporting assembly. The film coating assembly includes a mounting bracket and two clamping assemblies configured to clamp the insulation film. Both clamping assemblies are rotatably disposed on the mounting bracket around a rotation axis consistent with a first direction and are spaced out along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.

Disclosed is a welding device, which includes a drive unit, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a welding head and a welding base. The drive unit is in driving connection to one end of the first connecting rod and one end of the second connecting rod; another end of the first connecting rod is in driving connection to the welding head, and is configured for causing, being driven by the drive unit, the welding head to move in a direction close to or away from the welding base; and another end of the second connecting rod is in driving connection to the welding base, and is configured for causing, being driven by the drive unit, the welding base to move in a direction close to or away from the welding head. The present application can ensure the synchronous movement of the welding head and the welding base.

Welding device

Embodiments of the present application provide a feeding device for loading a material into a container, which relates to the technical field of product assembly. The feeding device is configured to load a material into a container having an opening. The feeding device includes a pressing unit. The pressing unit includes a pressing member having a pressing plane, and a driving member configured to drive the pressing member to move cyclically along a closed track. The closed track includes a first planar track segment, and when the pressing member moves along the first planar track segment, the pressing plane forms surface contact with the material and keeps extending in a material loading direction, the material loading direction being a movement direction of the material relative to the container. The feeding device can reduce damage to the material during a feeding process.

The present application relates to the technical field of battery and provides a device for press-fitting a battery top cover. The device for press-fitting a battery top cover comprises a press-fitting body. The press-fitting bodyis arranged on one side of the battery top cover facing away from a battery housing. A pneumatic cleaning assembly is arranged on one side of the press-fitting body facing the battery top cover. The pneumatic cleaning assembly is arranged to allow the chips to move out of the battery housing together with gas along a gap between the battery housing and the battery top cover. In the present application, the pneumatic cleaning assembly is arranged to allow the chips to move out of the battery housing together with gas along the gap between the battery housing and the battery top cover under the action of the gas flow so that to keep the inside of the battery housing clean, avoid short circuit in the battery caused by the chips, and improve the safety performance of the battery.
