A nucleic acid extraction composition, reagents and kits containing the same and uses thereof. Provided is a nucleic acid extraction and purification reagent free of volatile organic solvents, which prevents the damage of volatile organic solvents to people and greatly improves the timeliness of nucleic acid extraction and purification, making the operation extremely simple, and the nucleic acid can be obtained within 10 minutes. The obtained nucleic acid may be used for biological reactions such as PCR, NASBA, LAMP and RPA. Moreover, the reagents of the present disclosure may be used to extract nucleic acids of cells, bacteria, fungi, DNA viruses and RNA viruses from various samples such as blood, throat swab preserving fluid, saliva, urine, sputum, excrement and the like, and very suitable for clinical and scientific research uses.

A sample extraction chip and a biological reaction device are disclosed according to the present disclosure. The sample extraction chip includes a chip body and a sample extraction module provided on the chip body, the sample extraction module includes a sample-loading lysis unit, a liquid release-control unit, an extraction unit, a liquid switch-control unit, a liquid collection unit and a sample collection unit, which are connected through flow channels in a sequence of extraction. The liquid release-control unit is configured to store and release liquid reagents, and the liquid switch-control unit is configured to switch between communication of the liquid collection unit and the extraction unit and communication of the sample collection unit and the extraction unit. The sample collection unit includes a front collection portion and a rear collection portion which are both in communication with the liquid switch-control unit.

The liquid storage and controlled-release device comprises a liquid storage capsule with a liquid storage body which is deformable under a pressure, and a sealing layer for sealing the liquid storage body. A support platform is provided right below the liquid storage capsule and tightly connected with the liquid storage capsule, wherein, a directional release chamber is provided at the middle of the support platform, and the directional release chamber is provided with a guiding chamber for collecting the liquid and a sharp edge for inducing break. Embodiments of the present invention provide methods, computer program products, and systems for linking selected messages in electronic message threads. In one embodiment, related messages are identified and graphic elements associated with a first message are displayed on a user interface. Responsive to receiving a user interaction with the graphical element, a second message can be viewed, where the second message either responds to the first message or is responded to by the first message. Displaying graphical elements associated with related messages can eliminate potential confusion between users in group messages.
