Methods and systems are disclosed for a UE to manage and measure intra-cell cross link interference (CLI) when served by a base station operating in full-duplex FDD. The signaling may indicate to a victim UE resources to measure to determine the level of CLI from aggressor UEs. The resources used for the CLI measurement may be resources not scheduled by the base station for use by the victim UE for downlink reception, but are scheduled for use by the aggressor UEs for transmitting uplink traffic or for transmitting reference signals used to characterize the uplink channel. The victim UE may report the CLI measurements to the base station for the base station to adjust scheduling of downlink resources to the victim UE. In one aspect, the signaling from the base station may indicate to the victim UE the locations of scheduled downlink symbols that may potentially be impacted by CLI.

Intra-cell UE-to-UE cross link interference management at full-duplex operation

A nucleic acid extraction composition, reagents and kits containing the same and uses thereof. Provided is a nucleic acid extraction and purification reagent free of volatile organic solvents, which prevents the damage of volatile organic solvents to people and greatly improves the timeliness of nucleic acid extraction and purification, making the operation extremely simple, and the nucleic acid can be obtained within 10 minutes. The obtained nucleic acid may be used for biological reactions such as PCR, NASBA, LAMP and RPA. Moreover, the reagents of the present disclosure may be used to extract nucleic acids of cells, bacteria, fungi, DNA viruses and RNA viruses from various samples such as blood, throat swab preserving fluid, saliva, urine, sputum, excrement and the like, and very suitable for clinical and scientific research uses.

A sample extraction chip and a biological reaction device are disclosed according to the present disclosure. The sample extraction chip includes a chip body and a sample extraction module provided on the chip body, the sample extraction module includes a sample-loading lysis unit, a liquid release-control unit, an extraction unit, a liquid switch-control unit, a liquid collection unit and a sample collection unit, which are connected through flow channels in a sequence of extraction. The liquid release-control unit is configured to store and release liquid reagents, and the liquid switch-control unit is configured to switch between communication of the liquid collection unit and the extraction unit and communication of the sample collection unit and the extraction unit. In one embodiment, related messages are identified and graphic elements associated with a first message are displayed on a user interface.
