A grouting pipe with a vibration function includes: a grouting pipe body provided with a hydraulic control structure, a vibration structure and a grouting hole control structure; wherein the vibration structure is rotatably arranged inside the grouting pipe body, and the hydraulic control structure is provided outside the grouting pipe body; the grouting hole control structure is provided on an internal wall of the grouting pipe body, and the hydraulic control structure is connected to the grouting hole control structure through a first hydraulic pipe. The grouting pipe solves the technical problems that conventional grouting pipes may be blocked by sandy soil during a press-in process, and it is difficult for the slurry to diffuse.

A vibratory grouting drilling rig includes: a drilling rig bracket, a moving bracket, and a driving mechanism mounted on the drilling rig bracket for driving the moving bracket to move; wherein a working bracket is slidingly mounted on the moving bracket, and a sliding direction of the working bracket is identical to a moving direction of the moving bracket; a vibratory grouting rod and a drilling rod are mounted on the working bracket; multiple flexible connectors are connected between the working bracket and the drilling rig bracket, and are arranged along the moving direction of the moving bracket; the flexible connectors go around an end of the moving bracket and are connected to the drilling rig bracket. When the moving bracket moves, the flexible connectors pull the working bracket to move relative to the moving bracket, thus providing extra drilling force.

A method for stabilizing and lifting a channel board by underwater grouting includes (A) when the channel board is damaged, removing the damaged channel board, cleaning and leveling a gravel layer under the damaged channel board, placing an undamaged channel board installed with first grouting pipes and a second grouting pipe on the gravel layer, wherein multiple geotextile bags are respectively bound to the first grouting pipes; when the channel board is subsided, installing first grouting pipes and a second grouting pipe into first grouting holes and a second grouting hole, respectively; (B) performing a first polymer grouting through the first grouting pipes, and performing a second polymer grouting through the second grouting pipe; (C) cutting off a part of the first grouting pipes the second grouting pipe which are exposed to the channel board, and leveling incisions; and (D) removing excess polymer left on the channel board.

The device includes a hollow force-bearing column through which a feeding pipe passes; wherein: left and right cutting plates are respectively fixedly arranged on each side of the hollow force-bearing column; a left connecting plate is fixedly arranged on an outside of the left cutting plate; a right guiding column is fixedly arranged on an outside of the right cutting plate; center lines of the left connecting plate, the right guiding column and the hollow force-bearing column are in a same plane; a top end of to the feeding pipe is connected to a grouting device, and a bottom end is connected to a spraying device; a spraying nozzle of the spraying device stretches out along the hollow force-bearing column; and a lower end of the hollow force-bearing column is connected with a disposable conical head.

A track-type shotcrete integrated system includes: a proportioner working bin, a storage bin, a power bin, and load-bearing legs, wherein bottom sections of the load-bearing legs are equipped with a track chassis for moving, and the track chassis is electrically connected to a track controller; the storage bin contains a storage tank I and a storage tank II for storing different raw materials; a feed pump I is installed on a top of the storage tank I, and a feed pump II is installed on a top of the storage tank II; inlet pipes of the feed pump I and the feed pump II insert into the storage tank I and storage tank II respectively, and outlet pipes of the feed pump I and the feed pump II are connected to a feed pipe I and a feed pipe II respectively.

A polymer grouting method for uplifting a ballastless track of a high-speed rail includes following steps of: (1) drilling grouting holes; (2) manufacturing geo-textile bags and binding the grouting pipes up with the geo-textile bags; (3) tying up the geo-textile bags; (4) displacing the geo-textile bags; (5) grouting two-component expansive polymer materials into the geo-textile bags; (6) uplifting the track; (7) grouting two-component expansive polymer materials for filling; and (8) monitoring amount of the uplifting, wherein a vertically uplifting height is monitored in real time by a laser level, and the grouting is quit if the vertically uplifting height meets uplifting requirements.
