A method and apparatus for providing emotional care in a session between a user and conversational agent. A first group of images comprising one or more images associated with the user may be received in the session. A user profile may be obtained. A first group of textual descriptions may be generated from the first group of images based at least on emotion information in the user profile. A first memory record may be created based at least on the first group of images and the first group of textual descriptions. A second group of images may be received in the session to generate a second group of textual descriptions from the second group of images based at least on the emotion information in the user profile. A second memory record may be created based at least on the second group of images and the second group of textual descriptions.

Providing emotional care in a session

The present disclosure provides method and apparatus for providing information in automated chatting. A message is received in a chat flow. At least one of location information, time information and service intention information is identified from the message. A response to the message is generated based on at least one of the location information, the time information and the service intention information. The response is provided in the chat flow.

Providing local service information in automated chatting

The present disclosure provides method and apparatus for generating responses in automated chatting. A message in a chat flow may be obtained. A plurality of candidate responses to the message may be determined. The candidate responses may be ranked based at least on knowledge data. A response to the message may be generated based at least on one or more ranked candidate responses.

Generating responses in automated chatting

The present disclosure provides method and apparatus for providing a response to a user in a session. At least one message associated with a first object may be received in the session, the session being between the user and an electronic conversational agent. An image representation of the first object may be obtained. Emotion information of the first object may be determined based at least on the image representation. A response may be generated based at least on the at least one message and the emotion information. The response may be provided to the user.

Providing a response in a session

The present disclosure provides a method for intelligent automated chatting. A conversation with a user is performed by using a first identity of a first artificial intelligence entity. A message is received from the user in the conversation. Matching rates between the message and trigger contents of other artificial intelligence entities are scored. A second artificial intelligence entity is selected from the other artificial intelligence entities based on the matching rates. A conversation with the user is performed by using a second identity of the second artificial intelligence entity by switching from the first identity of the first artificial intelligence entity to the second identity of the second artificial intelligence entity.

Method and apparatus for intelligent automated chatting

The present disclosure provides method and apparatus for generating responses in automated chatting. A message may be received in a session. An intention vector may be determined based at least on the message and the session through dynamic memory network (DMN), the intention vector indicating an attention point and an intention. Personalized lyrics of a user may be generated based at least on a personal language model of the user in response to the message. Systems and methods for emotionally intelligent automated chatting are provided. The systems and method provide emotionally intelligent automated (or artificial intelligence) chatting by determining a context and an emotion of a conversation with a user. Based on these determinations, the systems and methods may select one or more responses from a database of responses to a reply to a user query. Further, the systems and methods are able update or train based on user feedback and/or world feedback.

At least one message may be received in a chat flow, a psychological test may be performed based on the at least one message, and a cure strategy may be provided based at least on the psychological test. In some implementations, a message may be received from a user in a session and the session is between the user and an electronic conversational agent. The multimedia document may be obtained based at least on the message. The emotion information in the multimedia document may be extracted. The summary of the multimedia document may be generated based at least on the message and the extracted emotion information. A response including the generated summary of the multimedia document may be provided to the user.

The present disclosure provides method and apparatus for providing a response to a user in a question-answering session. A message may be received in the session, the session being between the user and an electronic conversational agent. Context information is extracted from a context database based at least on the message. Fact information and emotion information are obtained from at least one of the message and the context information. The fact information is associated with at least one fact, and the emotion information is associated with emotions towards the at least one fact. A response is generated based at least on the fact information and the emotion information. The response is provided to the user.

The present disclosure provides method and apparatus for providing diet assistance to a user in a session. At least one message may be received in the session, the session being between the user and an electronic conversational agent. A diet intention associated with the user may be deduced based on the session and the at least one message. Diet information may be extracted from the at least one message. A diet requirement of the user may be identified based at least on the session and the at least one message. A diet suggestion for the user may be obtained based at least on the diet intention, the diet information and the diet requirement. A response including the diet suggestion may be generated and provided to the user.
