Disclosed is a reinforced polypropylene material, comprising in parts by weight: a, 10-90 parts of polypropylene resin, b, 0.5-25 parts of compatilizer, c, 5-60 parts of reinforced fibers and d, 0.1-20 parts of low-hardness toner. The reinforced fibers comprise a component I, a component II and a component III, where the component I is composed of reinforced fibers with a length of 0.1-0.6 mm and accounts for 35-50% of number of reinforced fibers, the component II is composed of reinforced fibers with a length of 0.7-1.3 mm and accounts for 35-45% of number of reinforced fibers, and component III is composed of reinforced fibers with a length of 1.4-2.0 mm and accounts for 5-20% of number of reinforced fibers. The present invention, by adjusting the length and the content distribution of the reinforced fibers in the reinforced polypropylene material formula, greatly preserves the maintained length of the reinforced fibers in the reinforced polypropylene material, and by combining a specific amount of low hardness toner and a specific amount of compatilizer, the low-temperature resilience and the long-term weatherability performance of the resulting reinforced polypropylene material are significantly improved.

The present invention relates to a flame-retardant nylon composite and use thereof, including components: 55 parts to 80 parts of a nylon resin; 1 part to 30 parts of a red phosphorus; and 0.01 part to 2 parts of a phenolic substance. According to the present invention, by adding a small amount of the phenolic substance to the red phosphorus flame-retardant nylon composite, phosphorus precipitation can be effectively inhibited, and a phosphine precipitation amount can be reduced to 30 ppm or less, while good electrical performances can be maintained, which is applicable in fields of connectors, contactors, etc. in electronic appliances.

Disclosed is a flame-retardant HIPS material and a preparation method thereof, comprising the following components: 90 parts to 67 parts of a HIPS resin; 8 parts to 15 parts of a brominated flame retardant; and 3 parts to 7 parts of an auxiliary flame retardant; wherein the auxiliary flame retardant is a 1,3,5-triazine compound. In the present invention, a synergistic compounding of the brominated flame retardant and the auxiliary flame retardant effectively reduces an amount of the brominated flame retardant, and a stable UL 94 (1.5 mm) V-0 flame-retardant class can be achieved. Compared with the existing brominated flame-retardant HIPS, the present invention has a low halogen content, low gas, and high cost performance ratio, which avoids excessive acid gas from forming air lines on the surface of parts, has a good appearance.

In the component (C), the plasticizer has a relative molecular weight M satisfying: 180&#x2264;M&#x2264;670. Through research, the present invention has unexpectedly discovered that by using the polylactic acid having the polydispersity index P satisfying the relationship 1.55&#x2264;P&#x2264;2.02 as a matrix, adding a specific range of content of ultrafine talcum powder as a nucleating agent, and selecting the plasticizer of a specific molecular weight as a crystallization promotion agent, the prepared polylactic acid composite has a light transmittance T&#x2265;80%, a haze H&#x2264;40%, and a heat deflection temperature HDT&#x2265;90&#xb0; C., having significantly improved heat resistance and transparency.

The present invention discloses a biodegradable polyester composition, wherein the biodegradable polyester composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: i) 58 to 80 parts by weight of an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester; ii) 20 to 32 parts by weight of starch; and iii) 0 to 10 parts by weight of a processing agent. The present invention unexpectedly found by research that by using an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester in which an amount of aromatic carboxylic acid accounts for a total amount of diacid is 44 mol % to 48 mol % as a matrix resin, where the aliphatic-aromatic copolyester has a crystallization peak width D of 5&#xb0; C. to 16&#xb0; C., and by using starch of which a particle size D (50) is 2 &#x3bc;m to 12 &#x3bc;m as the other phase, and meanwhile by adding a specific amount of a processing agent, the polyester composition prepared has excellent transversal and longitudinal tear strengths, and the polyester composition has a biodegradation rate of 90% or more during the 12-week degradation test, satisfying the industrial compost.

The present invention relates to a biodegradable polyester and use thereof, including components: A) acid components containing following repeating units: 50 to 58 mol % of terephthalic acid A1; 30 to 40 mol % of sebacic acid A2; and 2 to 20 mol % of an aliphatic dibasic acid A3 with a carbon chain length of 6 or less; B) butanediol. The present invention discloses a poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin composition, comprising the following components: a. poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate); and b. an alkane, which is at least one selected from the group consisting of hexadecane, heptadecane, octadecane, nonadecane and eicosane; wherein a weight content of the alkane is 5 ppm-1000 ppm based on a total weight of the poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin composition. The present invention discloses a PBS resin composition and a preparation method thereof. The composition comprises: a. PBS resin; b. element titanium; c. element phosphorus, wherein a weight ratio range of titanium to phosphorus is 0.6-10:1, preferably 0.7-4:1, and more preferably 1.25-1.5:1. A weight content of the element titanium is 20-200 ppm, and a weight content of the element phosphorus is 15-70 ppm. By adding a titanium-containing compound and a phosphorus-containing compound and controlling the range of the weight ratio of the element titanium to the element phosphorus in the PBS resin composition to be 0.6-10:1, the present invention obtains a PBS resin composition. After treating in a 95&#xb0; C.-distilled water bath for 12 hours and drying at 90&#xb0; C. for 3 hours, a change of the melt flow index of the PBS resin composition is less than 50.0 g/10 min, and the PBS resin composition possesses an obviously improved hydrolysis property.
