The invention provides a voltage balancing system for balancing controlling of voltage of battery cells including a first set of battery cells and a second set of battery cells connected in series. The system includes a high-side analog front end (AFE) connected to the first set of battery cells, a low-side analog front end (AFE) connected to the second set of battery cells, a microcontroller communicating with the high-side AFE and the low-side AFE, and a communication isolating module interconnecting between the high-side AFE and the microcontroller. The system further includes a balancing module arranged at a back end of the low-side AFE or the high-side AFE to equalize voltages output by the low-side AFE and the high-side AFE. Compared with the prior arts, the system employs a balancing module to balance the voltages of the two sets of battery cells, which can shorten the voltage difference therebetween.

Voltage balancing system

The disclosure provides a battery charging circuit, a battery pack and a battery pack charging system. The battery charging circuit includes a first control switch, a switch control unit and a power supply unit. The first control switch is arranged between the charging positive terminal and the positive electrode of the battery pack, or between the charging negative terminal and the negative electrode of the battery pack, and it is an NMOS transistor with a body diode. The switch control unit is connected to the gate, source, and drain of the first control switch and controls the on-off of the first control switch by sampling a voltage between the source and the drain of the first control switch. The output end of the power supply unit is connected to the power source end of the switch control unit to supply power to the switch control unit.

Battery charging circuit, battery pack and battery pack charging system

A battery pack is provided. The battery pack includes a housing, a plurality of battery sets arranged in the housing, and a power supply system. The power supply system includes a switch control circuit for controlling a series-parallel connection mode of the plurality of battery sets, a main control chip for controlling the discharge of the plurality of battery sets by the switch control circuit, a wake-up circuit for waking up the power supply system of the battery pack when the main control chip receives a wake-up signal, a self-locking circuit connected to the switch control circuit which switches to a disabled state when the self-locking circuit is triggered; and a USB circuit and an extended power output interface, connected to the plurality of battery sets for outputting power to charge external devices.

Battery pack

A mower is provided and includes: a case; a charging circuit provided in the case, and a combination of a wheel assembly and a charging interface assembly arranged on the case. The combination is electrically connected to the charging circuit. The combination includes: a wheel assembly; and a charging interface assembly electrically connected to the charging circuit. The wheel assembly and the charging interface assembly are integrated molding structure.

The disclosure provides a battery management system and a battery pack. The battery management system includes at least two analog front-end chips and a control unit. The analog front-end chip is configured to acquire an output voltage, an output current, or a working temperature of a battery. And the control unit controls the analog front-end chip to be powered on and down. Battery pack power supply system and battery pack power supply method

A battery pack charging and discharging protection system comprises a battery pack and a power input controlling circuit connected with the battery pack. The system has a voltage regulator unit and a charging and discharging protection unit. The protection unit includes a coupling wake-up circuit, a power-off acceleration circuit, an MCU self-locking circuit and a button detection circuit. The coupling wake-up circuit is connected with the power input controlling circuit. The power-off acceleration circuit is connected with the coupling wake-up circuit.
