A motor drive device comprises a motor, a gearbox mounted to the motor and a control module. The gearbox comprises a gearbox housing that has an opening facing the motor. The motor has a shaft that extends into the gearbox housing through the opening to drive a worm gear of the gearbox. The control module has a PCB mounted to the gearbox and most of the PCB is accommodated in the opening of the gearbox housing. The PCB extends in a plane substantially parallel to the shaft.

A motor assembly comprises a gearbox (), a motor () and a bushing assembly. The motor has a motor shaft (), a worm is fixed to or formed on a worm portion of the motor shaft, which is located in the gearbox. The worm potion of a motor shaft is supported by a bushing assembly. The bushing assembly comprises a sleeve () and a bushing () fixed inside the sleeve. The bushing comprises a plurality of axial ribs () arranged around its outer surface. The sleeve comprises a plurality of grooves () in its inner surface which engage the ribs on the bushing. The sleeve also comprises a plurality of ribs around its outer peripheral surface which engage with the gearbox. The motor shaft is strengthened by the bushing assembly, and a self-locking ability of motor assembly is improved.

A motor assembly includes a motor, a force transmission structure comprising a drive plate and a shaft, and a gear train connecting the motor to the drive plate for transmitting rotation of the motor to the drive plate. The drive plate has a mounting hole with at least three sections interconnected with one another at a common area, the shaft has a toothed portion with at least three teeth fittingly received in the sections of the mounting hole of the drive plate such that the shaft is rotated with the drive plate.
