A wastewater treatment device has: an ozone generator which supplies ozone; a mixer which mixes ozone supplied from the ozone generator with wastewater and supplies ozone mixed wastewater; an ozone oxidation unit which progresses ozone oxidation in the ozone mixed wastewater while passing the ozone mixed wastewater therethrough and discharges wastewater in which the ozone has been consumed; a biological treatment unit which performs biological treatment on the wastewater discharged from the ozone oxidation unit using microorganisms; and an adjusting device which adjusts the amount of ozone to be mixed with the wastewater by the mixer so that ozone in an amount that inhibits the microorganisms of the biological treatment unit does not remain in the wastewater discharged from the ozone oxidation unit.

A capacitive deionization desalination device is provided. The capacitive deionization desalination device includes a mesh spacer and two carbon nanotube composite electrodes. The mesh spacer is located between the two carbon nanotube composite electrodes. Each carbon nanotube composite electrode includes at least one carbon nanotube film structure and a composite carbon layer, and the carbon nanotube film structure includes at least two carbon nanotube films, and the composite carbon layer includes activated carbon and carbon black, and the composite carbon layer is located on the carbon nanotube film structure.

Capacitive deionization desalination device

A super-hydrophilic carbon nanotube composite film includes a carbon nanotube layer, a polydopamine layer and a silicon dioxide layer. The carbon nanotube layer includes a plurality of carbon nanotubes and defines two opposite surfaces. The polydopamine layer is on at least one surface of two opposite surfaces of the carbon nanotube layer, and the polydopamine layer includes a plurality of polydopamine nanoparticles. The silicon dioxide layer is on a surface of the polydopamine layer away from the carbon nanotube layer, and the silicon dioxide layer includes a plurality of amino-containing silica nanoparticles, and the plurality of amino-containing silica nanoparticles are grafted onto the surface of the polydopamine layer.
