The present disclosure discloses a method for synthesizing a diaza-bridged compound and a diaza-bridged compound, belonging to the field of organic synthesis. The present disclosure includes the following reaction:  in the formula, R is aryl, substituted aryl, alkyl or haloalkyl, Ris any one of H, 2-nitrobenzenesulfonyl, 4-nitrobenzenesulfonyl or 2,4-dinitrobenzenesulfonyl, n=1 or 2. Since compound 2 and NHare used as raw materials, the present disclosure can not only effectively shorten the process flow and save process costs, but also improve the reaction yield to a certain extent. The present disclosure also provides a diaza-bridged compound, where the structural formula thereof is  in the formula, Ris any one of 2-nitrobenzenesulfonyl, 4-nitrobenzenesulfonyl or 2,4-dinitrobenzenesulfonyl. Since the compound has a higher melting point, is easy to recrystallize to get solid and not easy to form oil under high temperature, the diaza-bridged compound is suitable for long-distance transportation and long-term storage.

Aiming at a hardness mismatch phenomenon in the existing structure hardness design process according to an integral intensity viewpoint, the invention provides a quantitative matching design method for structure heat treatment-hardness distribution. The specific method comprises determining an ideal static intensity field distribution of the dangerous section of the structure according to a limit static stress distribution of a dangerous section of the structure; determining an ideal hardness distribution of the dangerous section of the structure by utilizing an intensity-hardness conversion relation; determining heat treatment requirements such as surface hardness, core hardness and the like by combining material and heat treatment mode; determining an actual hardness distribution of the dangerous section of the structure according to a material end quenching curve and the heat treatment requirement.

To solve the technical problem of the incapacity to perform a quantitative matching design of residual compressive stress in the process of prior structural cold working-residual compressive stress design, the invention provides a method of structural cold working-residual compressive stress distribution quantitative matching design, characterized by treating the fatigue strength of a mechanical structure and parts as a field, and matching a structural stress field and a fatigue strength field organically, to quantitatively match the residual compressive stress in conjunction with characteristics of the cold working process. The method specifically includes determination of the maximum stress amplitude and a gradient distribution thereof at a dangerous position of the structure, determination of an ideal fatigue strength distribution of the dangerous cross-section of the structure, determination of a fatigue strength field according to curves of end quenching tests for material and a requirement for heat treatment, determination of the limit of the residual compressive stress according to characteristics of the structural cold working process, and determination of an actual residual compressive stress distribution of the dangerous cross-section in conjunction with cold working and the fatigue strength distribution.

Method of structural cold working-residual compressive stress distribution quantitative matching design

The disclosure discloses recombinantfor producing L-xylose and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of bioengineering. According to the disclosure, a synthesized 2-ketogluconate reductase gene and a 2,5-diketogluconate reductase gene derived fromATCC 31090 and a pyruvate decarboxylase gene derived fromare successfully expressed in a hostby a double plasmid system, and an obtained genetically engineered strain is fermented for 56 h in a shake flask, where the yield of L-xylose reaches 16.2 g/L, and the transformation rate reaches 20.3%; the obtained genetically engineered strain is fermented for 48 h and 44 h in 3 L and 15 L fermentors, respectively, where the yields of L-xylose reach 37.6 g/L and 45.8 g/L, respectively, and the glucose transformation rates are 47.0% and 57.3%, respectively. The method has the advantages of low raw material cost, no pollution to the environment, simple operation, and important economic and social benefits.

An apparatus includes at least one energy source and a drive system coupled to the at least one energy source. The drive system converts electrical power received from the at least one energy source and provides converted electrical power for driving at least one load. A resonant power supply is disclosed. The resonant power supply includes a series resonant configured to convert an input DC voltage to an output DC voltage. The resonant power supply further comprises a converter controller coupled to the series resonant converter and configured to receive a DC voltage feedback signal measured at the output of the series resonant converter, or a resonant current feedback signal representing a resonant current flowing through the series resonant converter. The converter controller is further configured to generate control signals to be applied to the series resonant converter to limit the output DC voltage of the series resonant converter according to the DC voltage feedback signal and a predetermined voltage threshold signal, or to limit the resonant current of the series resonant converter according to the resonant current feedback signal and a predetermined current threshold signal.

A gradient amplifier for driving a gradient coil is disclosed. The gradient amplifier includes a direct current (DC) bus for receiving DC voltage generated from a series resonant converter, an inverter coupled to the DC bus configured to receive the DC voltage at the DC bus and convert the DC voltage to generate an output voltage to be applied to the gradient coil, and an inverter controller coupled to the inverter. A resonant power supply is provided. The resonant power supply comprises a series resonant converter configured to convert an input DC voltage to an output DC voltage to generate an output DC voltage. The series resonant converter includes a switching stage, a resonant inductor, a resonant capacitor, and an isolation transformer. The resonant power supply further comprises a converter controller configured to obtain an actual trajectory radius signal based on a resonant inductor current, a resonant capacitor voltage, and a voltage in association with the isolation transformer. The converter controller is further configured to generate a trajectory radius command signal based on a DC voltage command signal and a DC voltage feedback signal, and to generate control signals to be applied to the switching stage based on the actual trajectory radius signal and the trajectory radius command signal.
