A stopper for application to a container of the type with a base, an emptying duct, a lid, mounted on the base to pivot between an open and a closed position, a hinge with elastic return which holds the lid in the open position thereof and locking means, for locking the lid on the base. The stopper comprises positive unlocking means for the lid from the base, which are manually operated to provide a force to disengage the holding means. The base is a unitary construction and made from plastic material, the lid is made from the same plastic material and the leaf of the hinge is in an elastomeric plastic material.

A cap intended to be mounted on a container includes a base, a lid with a stopper, structure articulating the lid with respect to the base, with a hinge, a structure for locking the lid on the base, and structure for unlocking the locking structure. The lid is arranged to resist any relative movement between the lid and the base and to store mechanical energy by plastic deformation of at least one of the lid and the base and the unlocking structure is arranged in the form of a detent allowing the stored mechanical energy to be released in order to propel the lid to the open position.

The invention relates to a shoe or footwear item comprising a sole consisted of an outer face which is intended to come into contact with the ground and an inner face which is intended to come into contact with the foot of the user. According to the invention, the sole includes a dynamic support element which comprises at least two elastically-deformable elements and which is used to store and release energy when said sole is subjected to later stresses. The dynamic support element is positioned in the sole such that it expands at least partially beneath the area corresponding to the front part of the foot. In this way, a dynamic interaction is produced between the two elastically-deformable elements when the sole is subjected to stresses and two corresponding lateral ground support points are obtained, which are located on either side of the longitudinal axis of the shoe.

The invention relates to a footwear item that is designed for racket sports. The inventive item includes a sole that includes a dynamic element that stores and releases energy when the sole is subjected to lateral stresses. The dynamic element includes at least two pair of elastically deformable support parts which are located longitudinally on either side of the metatarsus support area of the sole and which extend opposite to one another such that a first pair extend on opposite sides of a longitudinal axis of the sole and toward an arch portion of the sole and the second pair extend on opposite sides of the longitudinal axis of the sole and toward a front part of the sole.

A vibration reducing device for a sports racket made up of a one-piece flexible elongated block includes at least one elastically compressible viscoelastic material, the block having first and second end faces, a front face and rear face, at least three blind slots distributed along the block. Each of the slots extends substantially perpendicularly to the elongate block from the front face and terminates opposite the front face in a channel passing through the block parallel to the front and rear faces. The channels have cross dimensions adapted to receive a string, the blind slots thus dividing the block into at least two divisions, each division having, in its unconstrained form, a longitudinal dimension greater than the spacing gap between two corresponding parallel strings that enter respectively two channels on either side of the division.
