A fluid vessel assembly is provided with a first vessel body with a first mating surface with a first plurality of generally planar nonparallel regions. The first vessel body forms a first portion of a fluid cavity. A second vessel body is provided with a second mating surface with a second plurality of generally planar nonparallel regions sized to engage the first mating surface. The second vessel body forms a second portion of the fluid cavity. The first mating surface and the second mating surface are friction stir welded together.

An electrical assembly is provided with a housing cast from an aluminum material to shield from electromagnetic interference, with a cavity sized to retain electrical components, an opening, and a series of receptacles formed about a perimeter of the opening. A seal is oriented about the perimeter of the opening. A cover is formed from an aluminum sheet material to shield from electromagnetic interference and is sized to enclose the opening. A plurality of mechanical retainers is formed about a perimeter of the cover and sized to align with the series of receptacles, to be mechanically deformed into the series of receptacles to affix the cover to the housing.

The present disclosure includes a circuit board assembly that may include a circuit board that may include a first side and a second side opposite from the first side. The circuit board assembly may include a female terminal inserted in the first side of the circuit board and an electrical component that may be disposed at the second side. The first electrical component may include a first male terminal extending through the circuit board into the first female terminal. A female electrical terminal may include an outer wall defining an internal space and a pair of prongs extending from the outer wall and at least partially within the internal space. The pair of prongs may be disposed at a vertical distance from the top of the outer wall.

The present disclosure includes a power distribution box comprising a screw defining a longitudinal axis. The screw includes a screw head and a screw shank adjacent to the screw head, the screw shank includes a longitudinal end opposite the screw head. The power distribution box further includes a sleeve comprising an axially extending sleeve hole through which the screw shank extends, a circuit board, and a busbar comprising a busbar hole through which the shank of the screw extends. At least one of the sleeve and the screw is electrically coupled to the busbar, and the busbar is electrically coupled to the circuit board. The screw may be rotatably fixed relative to the circuit board, and the sleeve may be configured to receive a portion of a torque applied to the longitudinal end of the screw shank.
