A refillable fluid product dispenser having a fluid product reservoir defining a neck and a filling port; a dispensing member, such as a pump, mounted on the neck of the fluid product reservoir for extracting the fluid product; a filling valve; a chamber separating the filling port from the filling valve. The chamber has a retention mechanism for retaining the fluid product inside the chamber.

A fastener ring for fastening a dispenser member, such as a pump or a valve, on a neck of a reservoir, the ring including a reception mechanism suitable for receiving the dispenser member, and a substantially-cylindrical attachment skirt for coming into engagement around the neck of the reservoir. The skirt defining an inner wall that defines a top first inner wall section for coming into engagement with the neck, and a bottom second inner wall section for extending out of contact with the neck. The attachment skirt includes an orientation tab that interrupts the bottom second inner wall section and that projects radially inwards relative to the second section.

A fastener member () for fastening a dispenser member () on a fluid reservoir, the fastener member () having a fastener ring () and a covering hoop (). The fastener ring () includes a reception device that receives the dispenser member (), and a fastener device that fastens on the reservoir, the covering hoop () being mounted by axial engagement around the ring () in such a manner as to mask it at least in part. The hoop () includes a hook co-operating with a retention device () formed by the ring (), the hook () prevents the hoop () from rotating around the ring () and preventing the hoop () from moving in axial translation. The retention device formed by the ring () includes a retention housing () that co-operates with the hook. The hook includes at least one barb profile () adapted to bite into the housing.
