(3) The biomedical engineering materials with the micron-nanopore gradient oxide ceramic films, especially biomimetic micro-nanoporous gradient alumina film, yttrium partially stabilized zirconia film, and alumina doped yttrium partially stabilized zirconia films in this invention greatly improve biocompatibility and biological activity.
