A battery pack and a vehicle are provided. The battery pack includes: a box cover, a battery row, a protective member, and a constraining component. A first path for guiding airflow to flow in a first direction is provided between the protective member and an upper surface of the battery row. The constraining component is located between the battery row and an inner wall of a cavity in the first direction, at least a part of a top of the constraining component is lower than the upper surface of the battery row, the constraining component constrains the battery row, and the part of the top of the constraining component lower than the upper surface of the battery row, the battery row, and the box cover form a second path communicating with fluid in the first path. The battery pack allows smoother discharge of produced gas and better safety performance.

The present application provides a chassis, a vehicle, a device for manufacturing a vehicle and a method for manufacturing a vehicle. The chassis includes at least two movable bodies that are continuously arranged along a first preset direction, and by adjusting a position of at least one movable body in the first preset direction, a length of the chassis in the first preset direction can be changed so as to enable the chassis to adapt to the vehicle body of a different length. Since each movable body is provided at an adjacent movable body thereof with a position adjustable in a preset direction, the chassis is made into a telescopic structure that is adjustable in length. The length of the chassis can be adjusted according to the requirements to enable the chassis to adapt to the vehicle body of a different length.

This disclosure provides a battery, an electric device, a manufacturing method and a manufacturing system for the battery. The battery includes a battery module, a casing, and a flow guide member. The battery module includes an explosion-proof assembly. The casing accommodates the battery module. The casing includes a gas discharge passage. The gas discharge passage includes a gas inlet and a gas outlet. The flow guide member is disposed inside the casing and shields the explosion-proof assembly to form a gas guide passage. The gas guide passage is in communication with the gas inlet, for guiding gas generated by the battery module to an exterior of the casing through the gas outlet after the explosion-proof assembly is destroyed. This disclosure intends to solve the technical problem of use safety of the battery being seriously affected due to the battery being prone to catching fire quickly and then exploding.

The present application provides a battery box, including a battery and an electronic device electrically connected to the battery. The battery box further includes a lower box body, including a first box part and a second box part, where the second box part is integrally connected to the first box part; a first top cover, hermetically and removably mounted in a height direction above the first box part and forming a sealed first space with the first box part, where the first space accommodates the battery; and a second top cover, hermetically and removably mounted in the height direction above the second box part and forming a sealed second space with the second box part, where the second space accommodates the electronic device electrically connected to the battery, and the second top cover is disposed independent of the first top cover.

A battery pack is provided. The battery pack includes a first partition piece, a battery row, and a shielding member. The first partition piece is located between two batteries adjacent to each other in a first direction in the battery row. An upper surface of the first partition piece is lower than an upper surface of a top cover. A recess is formed between the battery row and the first partition piece. The shielding member includes a first shielding portion and a second shielding portion. The first shielding portion overlays all explosion-proof valves of the battery row. A passage is disposed between the first shielding portion and the upper surface of the battery row. The passage is configured to guide a fluid to flow along the first direction and is provided with a downward opening. The second shielding portion closes off a part of the opening facing the recess directly.

The present application provides a battery box, including a lower box body. The lower box body includes: a first plate including a bottom wall and a peripheral wall that is connected to the peripheral edge of the bottom wall and extending upwards, where the bottom wall and the peripheral wall together form an accommodating space that opens upwards along a height direction; and a second plate that is fastened under the bottom wall and that forms, together with the bottom wall, an inlet flow path, an outlet flow path, and a main flow path communicating with both the inlet flow path and the outlet flow path, where the main flow path includes a first main flow path, a second main flow path, and a plurality of parallel branch flow paths that communicate with both the first main flow path and the second main flow path.

This application discloses a battery, an electrical device, and a method and device for manufacturing a battery. The battery includes: a plurality of battery cells arranged along a first direction, where electrode terminals are disposed on two end faces of each of the battery cells along the first direction respectively; and a busbar component, configured to connect the two electrode terminals to implement electrical connection between two battery cells. The busbar component includes a flexible bend portion. The flexible bend portion is configured to adjust a relative position between the two electrode terminals. A maximum width of the flexible bend portion along the first direction is greater than a distance between the two electrode terminals. The flexible bend portion disposed in the busbar component can be bent in various forms to meet a requirement of electrically connecting the two battery cells arranged at a variety of relative positions.

This application relates to the technical field of energy storage devices, and in particular, to a box body, a battery pack, and a device. The box body includes a first beam and a second beam. The first beam and the second beam intersect each other, and are connected by a connecting portion, and partition the box body into a plurality of accommodation spaces. The first beam includes a body and a recess. The recess is recessed inward relative to the body. The connecting portion is disposed in the recess. In this way, a joint position between the first beam and the second beam will not protrude from a lateral surface of the first beam, thereby preventing a short circuit of a battery cell caused by puncture of or damage to an insulation film outside the battery cell, and improving safety performance of the battery.

This application provides a battery box, which includes: a box body, a first battery group and a sealing member, where the first battery group includes: a first battery row including a plurality of batteries, all explosion-proof valves of the first battery row form a first explosion-proof valve row; a first guide plate, configured to be sealed and disposed above the first explosion-proof valve row, and forming a first path with an upper surface of the first battery row; and a first end plate, provided with a first recess communicating with one end of the first path, and an opening is disposed at a position, corresponding to the first recess, of the box body, where the sealing member is configured to seal the opening and be capable of being damaged to open the opening. The battery box of this application effectively exports heat to the outside.

The present application provides a power generator, a suspension, a vehicle, an apparatus and a method for producing a power generator. Among them, the power generator comprises a cylinder body, a moving member, and a piezoelectric conversion unit. The moving member and the cylinder body jointly defines a variable cavity. The piezoelectric conversion unit is located in the variable cavity, and the piezoelectric conversion unit is configured to deform when the moving member is in relative motion with respect to the cylinder body move and changes the size of the variable cavity, for generating electric energy. Due to the fact that the piezoelectric conversion unit is arranged in the variable cavity, the moving member is in relative motion with respect to the cylinder body to make the piezoelectric conversion unit generate electric energy, thus effectively utilizing the energy generated by the target members in the vibration process.
