The method for resource synchronization control includes: inquiring, by a first terminal, from a server whether an address of the first terminal in a first terminal list is in a cleared state, the first terminal list has recorded an address of the first terminal; acquiring, by the first terminal, a resource file from a second terminal, if the address of the first terminal is in the cleared state; and notifying, by the first terminal, the server to cancel the cleared state of the address of the first terminal in the first terminal list, after acquiring the resource file.
