The present invention is related to an advanced control method—including a fast response method—to stabilize, optimize and or maximize the output flow of an evaporation unit via ultrasonic controlled sound or vibration applied to the said evaporation unit. The invention further provides equipment wherein said method is being implemented, such as an evaporation or separation unit.

This invention relates generally to new findings to improve a method of thermal energy storage or heat pump, i.e. increase the thermal energy from an external heat source, using a reversible condensation reaction with an inorganic oxoacid compound. A method is provided for storing thermal energy or increasing the thermal energy of a heat pump using reversible chemical reactions in which inorganic oxoacid compounds and/or their salts are hydrolysed and condensed or polymerized in order to release and capture heat. The method allows thermal energy to be stored at ambient circumstances in a transportable medium and allows converting a continuous heat generation process into a discontinuous and even dislocated consumption.
