An injection mold, processes for use thereof and products therefrom. The injection mold can include: a transfer mold, which is disposed in front of the injection-molded product and forms a pattern on a front surface of the injection-molded product; and a rear surface mold, which is disposed behind the injection-molded product. A rear surface part of the rear surface mold, which faces a rear surface of the injection-molded product, includes a heat dissipating metal. The heat dissipating metal includes a PORCERAX® material. An embossing pattern is formed on a front surface part of the transfer mold, which faces the front surface of the injection-molded product, so that the pattern is formed on the front surface of the injection-molded product.

Injection mold

A pellet defect inspection system using a multi color tone control, which continuously transfers pellets to detect colors of the pellets, thereby determining whether the pellets are defective, and a method for controlling the same. The pellet defect inspection system includes: a pellet defect inspection device which includes a sorter to photograph a first surface (top) and a second surface (bottom) of each of the pellets while transferring the pellets to inspect the pellets so as to separate and remove pellets that are determined as defective and transfer and load non-defective pellets to designated positions; and a multi color tone pellet inspection controller configured to photograph the first surface and the second surface of each of the pellets transferred along a lane while controlling the pellet transfer and changing an RGBW irradiation section so as to analyze and determine an image.

Pellet defect inspection system using multi color tone control and method for controlling the same

A system for automatically inspecting and sorting pellets while continuously transferring the pellets at a high speed to detect and effectively remove pellets that are defective. The system includes a sorter to photograph and inspect a first surface and a second surface of each of the pellets while transferring the pellets. The system separates and removes pellets that are determined as being defective and transfers and loads pellets having good quality to a designated position. The system further includes a sample inspector to receive the plurality of pellets that are determined as good products to manufacture a plate-shaped sample of a molded product and photograph a first surface and a second surface of the manufactured sample, thereby inspecting whether the sample of the molded product is defective.

System for automatically inspecting and sorting pellets

Provided are a polymer resin composition and a method of preparing the same. The polymer resin composition includes: a polymer resin; 0.01-10.0 parts by weight of flaky pigment particles having an inverse aspect ratio of 0.01-0.1 based on 100 parts by weight of the polymer resin; and 0.01-10.0 parts by weight of polyhedral pigment particles having an inverse aspect ratio of 0.300-0.999 based on 100 parts by weight of the polymer resin. Using the polymer resin composition, a polymer resin molded product having excellent appearance, i.e., having a uniform color even in resin flow lines or resin weld lines, and in which there is no degradation in the physical properties of the polymer resin contained therein can be manufactured at a low cost.
