Disclosed is a condensate water control dryer. The condensate water control dryer includes: a dryer main body which has a drying space formed therein; a first condensate water panel which is attached, in a first direction, to an inner wall surface of the drying space of the dryer main body and has a superhydrophilic surface; a second condensate water panel which is attached, in a second direction that intersects the first direction, to the inner wall surface of the drying space of the dryer main body and has a superhydrophobic surface; and attachment members which attach the first condensate water panel and the second condensate water panel to the inner wall surface of the dryer main body.

Disclosed are a superhydrophilic surface body, a fabricating method thereof, and a filter for oil and water separation, including a superhydrophilic surface. The method for fabricating a superhydrophilic surface body includes a first step of forming a polyaniline nanofiber layer on a surface of a base material, a second step of changing the polyaniline nanofiber layer into a completely oxidized pernigraniline base state, a third step of forming a self-assembled monomolecular film having a polymer polymerization initiation functional group on a surface of the polyaniline nanofiber layer, and a fourth step of forming a silica layer on a surface of the self-assembled monomolecular film. In the third step, the polyaniline nanofiber layer is reduced to a leucoemeraldine state.

Superhydrophilic surface body, fabricating method thereof, and filter for oil and water separation

A filter structure capable of efficiently separating water and oil using wettability is provided. The filter structure according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a first filter layer including a plurality of openings, a second filter layer including a plurality of openings and positioned so as to be overlapped with the first filter layer at a distance from each other, and a hydrophobic polymer layer formed on surfaces of the first filter layer and the second filter layer. The first filter layer and the second filter layer include surfaces each having a dual-scale protrusion and depression structure as a combination of a micro-scale structure and a nano-scale structure, and the hydrophobic polymer layer is formed along curves of the protrusion and depression structure.

Superhydrophobic filter structure for selectively separating water and oil

A method for fabricating a super-hydrophobic surface having excellent surface strength and an evaporator having the super-hydrophobic surface fabricated by the method are provided. The method includes preparing a metal base material, anodizing the metal base material to form a ceramic layer having a complex structure of a microstructure and nano-fiber structures on a surface of the metal base material, and applying a hydrophobic polymer material on the complex structure to form a polymer layer having the same surface shape as the complex structure.

The present invention provides a separator for a fuel cell that improves efficiency of the fuel cell by removing water generated in a membrane-electrode assembly and accumulated in a channel of the separator, a manufacturing method thereof, and a fuel cell stack including the same. The separator for the fuel cell of the present invention includes: a main body of a plate shape; a channel concavely formed in at least one surface of the main body and supplying a fuel or oxygen to a membrane-electrode assembly; and a metal layer provided to a surface of the channel and including an oxide layer formed by an anodic oxidation treatment and minute grooves of a nano-scale formed in the oxide layer, thereby forming the surface of the channel to be super-hydrophilic.

Disclosed is a safety valve of a low-pressure gas pipe which can be installed in a large-scale pipeline through which waste gases generated in a large-scale factory such as a steel mill flow and can reduce maintenance/management costs. The safety valve of a low-pressure gas pipe installed in a waste gas pipeline to discharge condensate includes: a first pipeline connected to a bottom surface of the waste gas pipeline and having a waste gas outlet on an inner wall thereof at one side thereof; a second pipeline extending from the first pipeline to be bent and extending in a direction parallel to the first pipeline; and an opening/closing unit for opening or closing the waste gas outlet.
