A compressor includes: a cylinder in which a piston is accommodated, the cylinder defining a compression space that is configured, based on the piston reciprocating in an axial direction, to compress a refrigerant gas therein, and a frame configured to accommodate the cylinder therein and defining a gas hole configured to pass the refrigerant gas therethrough. The gas hole is configured to communicate with an outside of the frame to receive the refrigerant gas and communicate with a gas pocket that is defined between an inner circumferential surface of the frame and an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder. The outer circumferential surface of the cylinder or the inner circumferential surface of the frame provides a plurality of restrictor regions partitioned by a gas supply passage, the gas supply passage defined to be recessed at the cylinder and configured to communicate with the gas hole.

Compressor

An elastic body and a linear compressor including the same are provided. The linear compressor comprises a cylinder; a piston reciprocating axially inside the cylinder; a drive unit disposed outside the cylinder; a stator cover coupled to a rear of the drive unit; a spring supporter comprising a body portion coupled to a rear of the piston and a seating portion extending outward from the body portion and disposed at a rear of the stator cover; a back plate disposed at a rear of the seating portion; a plurality of first elastic bodies disposed between the stator cover and the seating portion; and a plurality of second elastic bodies disposed between the seating portion and the back plate, wherein the plurality of first elastic bodies and the plurality of second elastic bodies each form a closed space in which a gas is accommodated.

Linear compressor

A linear compressor is provided. The linear compressor includes a cylinder, a piston configured to reciprocate inside the cylinder, the piston including a head portion and a sliding portion extending rearward from a radially outer edge of the head portion, a supporter including a plate disposed at a rear of the piston, an elastic body disposed in the piston, the elastic body including an outer side coupled to an inner circumferential surface of the piston, and a rod configured to extend axially, the rod including one side coupled to a radially central area of the elastic body and other side connected to a radially central area of the plate.

A compressor and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The compressor includes a piston having formed therein a suction space, in which refrigerant gas is sucked; and a cylinder in which a piston is accommodated, the cylinder defining a compression space that is configured, based on the piston reciprocating in an axial direction, to compress the refrigerant gas therein. A plurality of grooves having a partial spherical shape and having a diameter of 10 micrometers is formed in an outer circumferential surface of the piston or an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder.

Compressor and manufacturing method thereof

A compressor includes: a cylinder defining a compression space, a piston structure accommodated in the cylinder and including a mount member and a guide member, the guide member being configured to reciprocate inside the compression space of the cylinder in an axial direction to compress a refrigerant gas therein and a magnet frame configured to support a mover, the mover being coupled to the piston structure and configured to move together with the piston structure. The mount member connects the guide member to the magnet frame and the guide member is configured to be rotated with respect to the mount member.

A linear compressor includes: a frame comprising a body portion, a flange portion extending from a front side of the body portion along a radial direction of the body portion, and a bearing communication hole that is in fluid communication with a front surface of the flange portion and an inner circumferential surface of the body portion, a cylinder coupled to the body portion, a piston that is disposed in the cylinder and that is configured to reciprocate along an axial direction of the cylinder, and a valve member that is disposed at the frame and that is configured to open and close the bearing communication hole based on a pressure of air between the cylinder and the piston.

A linear compressor includes a cylinder that defines a compression space of a refrigerant and has a cylindrical shape, and a piston disposed in the cylinder and reciprocating along an axis of the cylinder. The cylinder includes a supply port radially passing through the cylinder, and a recess formed on an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder and communicating with the supply port. The supply port includes a first supply port and a second supply port disposed in a rear of the first supply port, and the recess includes a first recess and a second recess disposed in a rear of the first recess. The first recess and the second recess are formed in different shapes.

A linear compressor includes a cylinder that defines a compression space of a refrigerant and has a cylindrical shape, and a piston disposed in the cylinder and reciprocating along an axis of the cylinder. The cylinder includes a gas inlet formed on an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder, a supply port radially passing through the cylinder and communicating with the gas inlet, and a recess communicating with the supply port and formed on an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder. An angle formed by an axial cross section of the recess and a straight line extending the supply port and an angle formed by the axial cross section of the recess and a straight line extending the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder each are an acute angle.

A linear compressor includes a cylinder that defines a compression space of a refrigerant and has a cylindrical shape, and a piston disposed in the cylinder and reciprocating along an axis of the cylinder. The cylinder includes a gas inlet on an outer circumferential surface and a supply port radially passing through the cylinder and communicating with the gas inlet. The gas inlet includes a first gas inlet and a second gas inlet disposed behind the first gas inlet, and the supply port includes a first supply port communicating with the first gas inlet and a second supply port disposed behind the first supply port and communicating with the second gas inlet. A flow rate passing through the first supply port is different from a flow rate passing through the second supply port.

A compressor includes a cylinder comprising a cylinder body which has a cylindrical shape and defining a compression space for refrigerant gas, a piston configured to be reciprocated in an axial direction within the cylinder body and to compress the refrigerant gas in the compression space, and a frame in which the cylinder is received, the frame defining a gas hole, one side of the gas hole communicating with outside so that the refrigerant gas is introduced, the other side of the gas hole extending up to an inner circumferential surface so as to guide the refrigerant gas.

Provided is a linear compressor. The linear compressor includes a cylinder disposed in a shell to define a compression space for a refrigerant, a piston installed to reciprocate in the cylinder, a motor assembly that allows the piston to move in an axial direction of the cylinder and thereby to compress the refrigerant introduced into the compression space, a nozzle which is provided in the cylinder and through which a portion of the refrigerant introduced into the compression space passes, and a cylinder filter installed in the cylinder and disposed at an inlet-side of the nozzle. At least one or more surfaces of the cylinder filter are oil-repellent coated.

A compressor is disclosed. A compressor according to the present discloser includes a piston structure which has a guide member reciprocating inside a cylinder in an axial direction, and a magnet frame which supports a mover moving together with the piston structure, in which the piston structure includes the guide member, a mount member connected to the magnet frame, and an elastic member provided between the guide member and the mount member and capable of elastic deformation.

Disclosed herein is a linear compressor. The linear compressor includes a piston, a cylinder, a frame, a first bearing gap formed between an inner circumferential surface of the frame and the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder, a second bearing gap formed between an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder and the outer circumferential surface of the piston, a bearing inflow passage and a bearing side passage formed in the cylinder such that fluid flows from the first bearing gap to the second bearing gap.

Provided is a linear compressor. The linear compressor includes a piston, a cylinder, and a bearing inflow passage. The bearing inflow passage includes a first bearing inflow passage extending inward from an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder in the radial direction and a second bearing inflow passage extending from the first bearing inflow passage to an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder. The second bearing inflow passage extends from the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder in a circumferential direction.

Provided is a linear compressor. The linear compressor includes a filter bracket seated on a gas inflow part passing through a cylinder and a filter assembly including a filter member seated on the filter bracket.
