Disclosed is a method for controlling a laundry treating apparatus including an efficiency increasing operation and an efficiency maintaining operation, wherein the efficiency increasing operation includes a first efficiency increasing operation, wherein the controller controls the first driver such that an RPM of the drum corresponds to a first drum RPM and controls the second driver such that an RPM of the fan corresponds to a first fan RPM to perform a first efficiency increasing process, and a second efficiency increasing operation, wherein, after the first efficiency increasing operation, the controller controls the first driver such that the RPM of the drum corresponds to the first drum RPM and controls the second driver such that the RPM of the fan corresponds to a second fan RPM higher than the first fan RPM to perform a second efficiency increasing process.

Method for controlling laundry treating apparatus

A clothes processing apparatus includes a drum, a circulation flow path for circulating air from a frontal-side opening of the drum to a rear-side opening of the drum, and a base cabinet in a lower portion of the drum to provide a space for components. The base cabinet includes a base flow path part of the circulation flow path in which an evaporator, a condenser, and a circulation fan are disposed sequentially towards a rear of the base flow path part, a drum motor mounting part which is disposed at one side in front of the base flow path part, and in which a drum motor for generating a driving force for rotating the drum is mounted, and a compressor mounting part which is disposed at one side behind the base flow path part, and in which a compressor for generating compressed air for heat exchange is mounted.

Laundry treating apparatus

A garment steamer includes a base body with a steam generator for generating steam, and a main body disposed at the upper side of the base body for moving the steam generated by the steam generator to the outside. A front press is hingedly fixed to the lower part of the main body to be attached to and detached from the front surface of the main body. A stretching means is disposed at opposite side surfaces of the main body to be unfolded outside the main body, and a pair of arm tensioners includes lower ends hingedly fixed to the front surface of the front press and upper ends configured to be turned and spaced apart from each other.

A garment steamer is disclosed. The garment steamer includes a base body including a steam generator for generating steam, a main body disposed at the upper side of the base body for moving the steam generated by the steam generator to the outside, a front press hingedly fixed to the lower part of the main body so as to be attached to and detached from the front surface of the main body, a stretching means disposed at opposite side surfaces of the main body so as to be unfolded outside the main body, and a pair of arm tensioners having lower ends hingedly fixed to the front surface of the front press and upper ends configured to be turned so as to be spaced apart from each other.

A drying machine may include a condensation duct for accommodating a condenser, a first drying duct connected to a rear end of the condensation duct and to a drying fan housing accommodating a drying fan, and a second drying duct connected to the drying fan housing and to a drum. The drying machine may also include a first drying duct drain outlet formed in the lower portion of the first drying duct, and an outer rib, which is provided at the side edge of the first drying duct drain outlet that is close to the drying fan housing and that extends upward, so as to prevent condensed water, introduced through the condensation duct, from flowing over the first drying duct drain outlet.

The disclosed laundry treating apparatus includes a cabinet, a drum rotatably provided in the cabinet to hold laundry, the drum including a drum front portion, a drum center portion, and a drum rear portion, wherein the front portion includes a plurality of discharge holes, and wherein the rear portion includes a plurality of suction holes, a front supporter to support the front portion of the drum and to surround the plurality of the discharge holes, and a rear supporter to support the rear portion of the drum and to surround the plurality of the suction holes.
