A vehicle image control apparatus for an image of a vehicle camera equipped with no image signal processor (ISP) and a method thereof, includes a first image controller equipped with a first ISP that performs image processing, supplies power to a camera device provided in a vehicle and equipped with no ISP, and the camera device obtains a surrounding image of the vehicle and transmits the surrounding image to the first image controller. The first image controller selectively shares the surrounding image with a second image controller equipped with a second ISP that performs image processing.
