The first layer includes a first metal-free material and a first metal-containing material, the second layer includes a second metal-free material and a second metal-containing material, the first metal-free material and the second metal-free material are different from each other, the first metal-containing material and the second metal-containing material are different from each other, and the third layer consists of a third metal-free material. Embodiments include an electronic apparatus including the light-emitting device.

The interlayer may include an emission layer that includes a first material, a second material, and a third material. The first material may include an inorganic semiconductor compound, an inorganic insulator compound, or any combination thereof. The second material may include a lanthanide metal. The third material may include an organic compound. An apparatus including the light-emitting device is provided.

Light-emitting device and apparatus including the same

An organic light-emitting device includes an auxiliary layer located between a first electrode and a hole injection layer or a hole transport layer and including a metal fluoride. The metal of the metal fluoride may be a Group III metal having a high work function of 3.8 eV or more. The hole injection barrier at the interface between the first electrode and the hole injection layer may be adjusted by the fluoride of the high work function metal in the auxiliary layer so that the electron-hole charge balance and the efficiency of the organic light-emitting device may be improved.

An organic light emitting display device includes: a substrate; an organic light emitting element on the substrate; and a thin film encapsulation layer on the organic light emitting element. The thin film encapsulation layer includes a first thin film, a second thin film and a third thin film which are sequentially stacked therein, a refractive index of the second thin film is about 1.7 or greater, and a refractive index of the first thin film and a refractive index of the third thin film are greater than the refractive index of the second thin film by about 0.35 or greater.
