The present disclosure relates to a stator for a rotating electric machine. A plurality of electrically-connected parts is formed on one side surface of a stator core to electrically connect a plurality of hairpins. Among portions of two electrically-connected parts adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction of the stator core, portions located at the same distance from the one side surface of the stator core have shortest distances therebetween, which are set to have difference values included in a preset range value. This may result in preventing a generation of a vulnerable portion at which two adjacent electrically-connected parts are excessively adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the stator core.

A stator for an electric motor according to the present disclosure includes a stator core having a plurality of slots and teeth, and a stator coil wound via the plurality of slots, wherein the stator coil includes a plurality of hairpins inserted into the plurality of slots and connected in series with one another, wherein the plurality of hairpins is spaced apart from one another by a partial discharge suppression distance to suppress partial discharge between adjacent hairpins, wherein a partial discharge suppression distance between hairpins with a high voltage distribution ratio is farther than a partial discharge suppression distance between hairpins with a low voltage distribution ratio when power is applied to the stator coil. This may result in suppressing reduction of lifespan of the stator coil due to the partial discharge of the hairpins.

A motor according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include a housing comprising an accommodation space and a refrigerant supply hole; a stator core disposed in the accommodation space and coupled to an inner circumferential surface of the housing; a rotor core rotatably disposed in the accommodation space; a shaft coupled to a central portion of the rotor core; and a refrigerant supply groove formed as a recess in a portion of the inner circumferential surface of the housing adjacent to a location where the inner circumferential surface of the housing is coupled to the stator core. The refrigerant supply groove may comprise a main groove communicating with the refrigerant supply hole and extending in a circumferential direction of the stator core; and a plurality of branched grooves extending in an axial direction from both sides of the main groove.

Disclosed herein are a stator and a method for manufacturing the same. The stator according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes an insulating part and a plurality of stator coils each having two ends electrically connected to form one joint portion. The insulating part is configured to cover at least respective parts of the joint portions, and to provide a distance between neighboring joint portions. Accordingly, a partial discharge caused by a surge between the joint portions of the stator coils may be prevented, allowing operational reliability of the stator to be increased.

The present disclosure provides a stator of an electric rotating machine, a hairpin of a stator of an electric rotating machine, and a manufacturing method thereof. The stator for the electric rotating machine comprises a stator core, and a stator coil comprising hairpins. Each hairpin comprises a conductor, a film surrounding the conductor, a pair of insertion parts configured to be inserted into different slots, and a connection part connecting the insertion parts. The connection part comprises first and second bending parts bent with a predetermined radius of curvature such that the pair of insertion parts are insertable into different layers. The hairpins include first and second hairpins, each of the first and second hairpins configured to protrude from one end of the stator core by different protrusion lengths. Each of the first and second hairpins comprises a region configured to cross each other.

The present disclosure provides a motor configured to receive driving power from a connector including power terminals. The motor comprises a housing, a terminal block disposed inside the housing, and at least one terminal located adjacent to the terminal block. The power terminals are configured to penetrate through the terminal block, and the at least one terminal is configured to be brought into contact with the power terminal according to a movement of the connector when hairpin coils are inserted in the connector, such that the driving power is applied to the hairpin coils via the power terminal.

A motor includes a rotor assembly and a stator. The rotor assembly includes a rotatable shaft extending in an axial direction, a rotor core coupled to the rotatable shaft and having a plurality of holes penetrating through the rotor core in the axial direction, a first end ring coupled to one end of the rotor core and configured to guide oil supplied to the rotor assembly into the plurality of holes, and a second end ring coupled to the opposite end of the rotor core and configured to guide oil passing through the plurality of holes in a radial direction.

The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a shaft structure of a motor, comprising a housing, a stator disposed inside the housing, and a rotor rotatably disposed inside the stator. The stator may comprise a stator core and a coil wound around the stator core, and the rotor may comprise a rotor core and a rotational shaft coupled to the rotor core. The rotational shaft may comprise a plurality of adjusting portions formed on an outer circumferential surface of the rotational shaft to align a center of gravity of the rotor with a center of the rotational shaft.

The present disclosure relates to a stator for an electric rotating machine, the stator comprising a stator core comprising teeth and slots, and a stator coil comprising a plurality of hairpins configured to be inserted into the slots of the stator core in a predetermined pattern. Each of the plurality of hairpins comprises a conductor and a coating layer surrounding an outer surface of the conductor. The plurality of hairpins comprise a first hairpin configured to be placed in a first section of the stator coil predetermined from an end to which power is to be input, and a second hairpin placed in a section after the first section. The first hairpin provides better insulation performance than the second hairpin, and the first section has a higher voltage distribution ratio than the section including the second hairpin.
