A speaker includes: a diaphragm; and a damper configured to adjust vibration of the diaphragm and including a first and second metal plates having polarities that are different from each other and symmetrical with each other, wherein the damper further includes first and second deformation prevention members disposed on bottom surfaces of the first and second metal plates, respectively, and wherein first and second deformation prevention members protrude downward and extend along a major-axis direction of the diaphragm, and the first and second deformation members are configured to prevent deformation of diaphragm caused by a vertical load.

A speaker unit includes a magnet having poles and generating magnetic flux, and a yoke part forming a path of the magnetic flux and including a first yoke extending from one of the poles, a second yoke extending from another one of the poles, and magnetic gaps disposed between the first yoke and the second yoke. The speaker unit further includes a voice coil disposed between the magnetic gaps and moving when applied with an electric current, and a diaphragm generating sound pressure while vibrating according to the movement of the voice coil. The first yoke includes magnetic plates protruding toward the second yoke, and the magnetic plates have thicknesses different from each other.

Disclosed herein is a disc loading device applied to small-sized and slim type disc players. The disc loading device may include a first guide lever, a second guide lever, a trigger lever, a chucking unit, a slider, and a connecting unit. The connecting unit may be selectively operatively connected to the second guide lever, upon loading a first disc or a second disc, to change a timing at which a rotational force of the trigger lever may be transmitted to the slider.

An optical disc reproducing apparatus includes a body installed at a wall or other mounting apparatus, and an optical disc drive protruding from the body such that an optical disc is inserted into the optical disc drive. The optical disc drive is rotatably installed to the body to protrude forward from the body, so that the optical disc reproducing apparatus is installed regardless of positions of a wall-mount television installed above the optical disc reproducing apparatus.
