A touch display device can include a panel including touch electrodes; a touch/data driver to drive data lines and the touch electrodes of the panel, read out capacitance variations in the touch electrodes and output sensing data; a gate driver to drive gate lines of the panel; a timing controller to control display operations of the touch/data driver and the gate driver; a microcontroller unit (MCU) to control touch driving and sensing operations of the touch/data driver; a first power circuit to drive the timing controller and the gate driver using a main voltage supplied through a first power line; a multiplexer to output one of a universal serial bus (USB) voltage supplied through a second power line and the main voltage supplied through the first power line; a second power circuit configured to drive the touch/data driver, the gate driver and the MCU based on an output voltage from an output of the multiplexer; and a switch connected between the output of the multiplexer and the second power line, the switch being configured to switch the output of the multiplexer to the second power line.

Touch display device

Disclosed are a chip on film (COF) and a display device including the same, for reducing the number of input pads using a pattern branching structure. The COF is connected to gate-in-panel (GIP) output pads using a structure formed via branching of GIP wirings connected to the GIP input pads in a data driving integrated circuit (IC) or a circuit film to reduce the number of GIP input pads.

Disclosed are a light emitting element, which may reduce power consumption, and a light emitting device including the same. The light emitting element includes an active layer emitting light by recombination of electrons and holes respectively supplied from first and second electrodes, and a control electrode controlling light emission of the active layer. Therefore, a transistor conventionally connected to the light emitting element may be omitted and thus power loss generated due to the transistor may be prevented.

Disclosed are a touch power circuit and a touch display device in which an operational amplifier buffers an input pulse having a first voltage and a higher second voltage alternate, and uses the buffered input pulse to provide an output pulse. The operational amplifier includes a non-inverting input terminal to which the input pulse is supplied, an inverting input terminal connected to the output terminal, and an output unit driven according to a result of amplifying a difference between a voltage of the non-inverting input terminal and a voltage of the inverting input terminal and configured to charge and discharge the output terminal. The circuits and devices may further include an offset voltage applier configured to supply an offset voltage having a first polarity to the non-inverting input terminal and/or the inverting input terminal to level-shift the input pulse.
