A seat of a vehicle includes a foam pad in which a first hook part is installed and configured to slide on a rear surface opposite to a seating surface; a covering in which a wire is provided at an end portion and surrounds the seating surface of the foam pad to be caught and fixed to the first hook part of the rear surface of the foam pad; and a plate coupled to the rear surface of the foam pad and configured to slide the first hook part according to movement, wherein, when the covering and the foam pad are coupled, the hook part slides, and the wire is pulled by the first hook part so that the covering is fixed in a state of surrounding the foam pad.

Disclosed is a vehicle seat adjustment device including a seat-cushion-tilting frame disposed on a moving rail, the moving rail being coupled to a fixed rail so as to be movable forwards and backwards, and connected to a seatback frame, a tilting device hingedly coupled to a base bracket on the moving rail and to a rear end of the seat-cushion-tilting frame to perform forward tilting of the seat-cushion-tilting frame, a locking device connected to the tilting device to lock and unlock the tilting device, and a probe rotatably disposed between the seatback frame and the tilting device, the probe including a stopper capable of being inserted into a locking groove formed in the seatback frame. Rotation of the probe is restricted when the stopper is inserted into the locking groove.

A seat adjustment apparatus for a vehicle includes: a set bracket having a rear part to which a back frame is rotatably connected; and a cushion frame disposed on an upper side of the set bracket and to be tilted by a link mechanism. In particular, the link mechanism includes: a first link member which is hinge-engaged with a front part of the set bracket, connected to a driving unit and supports a front part of the cushion frame to make the front part of the cushion frame ascend and descend by the driving unit; a second link member hinge-engaged with a rear part of the set bracket and the cushion frame to guide the rear part of the cushion frame; and a third link member hinge-engaged with the set bracket and the cushion frame to determine a tilting position of the cushion frame when the cushion frame ascends.
