A focus scan type imaging device for imaging a target object in a sample that induces aberration proposed. The device includes: a light source unit for emitting a beam; an optical interferometer for splitting the beam emitted from the light source into a sample wave and a reference wave, and providing an interference wave formed by interference between a reflection wave that is the sample wave reflected from the sample and the reference wave; a camera module for imaging the interference wave; a scanning mirror disposed on an optical path of the sample wave of the optical interferometer and configured to reflect the sample wave to cause the sample wave to scan the sample; a wavefront shaping modulator disposed on the optical path of the sample wave of the optical interferometer; and an imaging controller configured to operate in a phase map calculation mode and in an imaging mode.

Focus scan type imaging device for imaging target object in sample that induces aberration

The present invention relates to a high-speed imaging system for measuring a target object within a sample, comprising: a light source emitting a plane wave; an angle-adjustment mirror adjusting an angle of the plane wave emitted from the light source; an optical interferometer dividing the plane wave whose angle was adjusted by the angle-adjustment mirror into a reference wave and a sample wave and forming an interference wave between the reference wave reflected from a reference mirror and the sample wave reflected from the target object; a camera module obtaining the interference wave, and an imaging controller controlling the angle-adjustment mirror to adjust the angle of the plane wave sequentially, forming a time-gated reflection matrix by using the interference waves obtained by the camera module in accordance with each angle of the plane wave, and imaging the target object based on the time-gated reflection matrix.

High speed imaging system for measuring target object within sample

A image acquisition device comprises a light source unit, a digital micro mirror, an optical transfer medium, an imaging unit, and a beam splitter, wherein a single focusing pattern light is formed to be focused on a single specific point when the focusing pattern light penetrates the optical transfer medium, and specific points focused by each of the plurality of focusing pattern lights scan the object to be measured such that the object to be measured is imaged. Therefore, when an image is obtained through an optical transfer medium such as an optical fiber, pixelation and aberration can be avoided regardless of the type of optical transfer medium and an image having high resolution can be obtained fast without a separate scanner.

The present invention relates to a method for imaging a target object within media which bring about simultaneously scattering and aberration capable of imaging of deep depth and high resolution not only by maximizing an accumulation of a single aberration but also by noticeably reducing an distortion of image using simultaneous correction of the scattering and the aberration.

A method of enhancing transmittance of waves according to the invention comprises the following steps: (a) generating a plurality of waves each of which has random phase; (b) grouping randomly the plurality of waves into a first group and a second group; (c) introducing the waves onto a disordered medium by fixing phase of waves constituting the first group and varying phase of waves constituting the second group; (d) measuring intensity of the waves based on overlapped waves of the first group and the second group which penetrated the disordered medium according to the phase variation of waves constituting the second group; (e) obtaining phase having the maximum intensity according to the phase variation among intensities measured at the step (d); and (f) adjusting phase of the waves constituting the second group based on phase obtained at the step (e).

According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an aspherical mirror for focusing a laser beam in a linear pattern, the aspherical mirror including: a convex surface diffusely reflecting an irradiated laser beam; and a concave surface reflecting the laser beam such that the laser beam is focused at one point, wherein the laser beam reflected from the convex surface forms a long line beam as an angle of reflection with respect to a curvature of the convex surface changes, and the laser beam reflected from the concave surface is focused at one point on the line beam as an angle of reflection with respect to a curvature of the concave surface changes.
