A display device includes a substrate, a circuit layer, a light emitting element layer, and a display driving circuit. The circuit layer comprises demux circuit units side by side in a demux area of a non-display area of the substrate and electrically connected between data lines and the display driving circuit, test signal supply lines in the non-display area and transmitting test signals for testing the lighting state of light emitting elements of the light emitting element layer, and test pad connection lines respectively electrically connected to test signal pads in the sub-area and extending to the non-display area. The test signal supply lines are electrically connected to the test pad connection lines through test line connection contact holes, respectively. The test line connection contact holes are in a test connection area which is a part of the demux area adjacent to the sub-area.

Display device

A display device includes: a plurality of pixels substantially in a matrix form including a plurality of pixel columns in a first direction and a plurality of pixel rows in a second direction intersecting the first direction; a plurality of data lines connected to the pixel columns, respectively; a plurality of scan lines extending in the second direction; and a power line which supplies a driving power voltage to the pixels. Each of the data lines includes a first sub-data line disposed at a side of a corresponding pixel column, and a second sub-data line disposed at an opposite side of the corresponding pixel column, and each of the pixels includes a first transistor and a display element connected to the first transistor, where the power line overlaps with at least a portion of the first transistor.

A display device includes: pixel columns including pixels arranged along a first direction; pixel rows including pixels arranged along a second direction crossing the first direction; data lines connected to respective pixel columns, each of the data lines including a first sub-data line provided at one side of a corresponding pixel column and a second sub-data line provided at another side of the corresponding pixel column; scan lines extending along the second direction and connected to respective pixel rows; and a power line to supply driving power to the pixels, one of the pixels of the pixel columns is connected to the first sub-data line, and a pixel adjacent to the pixel connected to the first sub-data line is connected to the second sub-data line, and the first sub-data line and the second sub-data line in the same pixel column are on different layers from each other.

Each of the pixels includes: a display element, a first transistor connected to a first node and configured to control an amount of current supplied to the display element, the first transistor including a gate electrode; a second transistor connected between one of the data lines and the first node, the second transistor including a gate electrode connected to one of the scan lines; and a third transistor connected to the gate electrode of the first transistor, the third transistor including a gate electrode connected to one of the scan lines. The power line overlaps with at least a portion of the first transistor in a plan view, and is disposed on a different layer from the data lines.

Display device which prevents formation of parasitic capacitor in a pixel

A display device includes a substrate, a light emitting element located on the substrate, an encapsulation layer covering the light emitting element, a sensing electrode located on the encapsulation layer, a first sensing line including a first portion having a first thickness and a second portion having a second thickness, and a second sensing line extended from the sensing electrode. The second sensing line is in contact with the first portion of the first sensing line. The first thickness and the second thickness are substantially the same. The first portion is positioned higher than the second portion from the substrate.

An emission driver according to example embodiments includes a plurality of stages each having an input block; an output block; a first signal processing block controlling a voltage of a first node; a second signal processing block controlling a voltage of a fourth node in response to the signal supplied to a third input terminal and a voltage of a fifth node; a third signal processing block controlling the voltage of the fourth node; a fourth signal processing block controlling the voltage of the third node; and a stabilization block electrically connected between the input block and the output block to limit a voltage drop between the first node and the third node. The stabilization block may limit a voltage drop between a second node and the fourth node by lowering a voltage of a second power source to the fifth node.
