A display device includes: a plurality of pixels substantially in a matrix form including a plurality of pixel columns in a first direction and a plurality of pixel rows in a second direction intersecting the first direction; a plurality of data lines connected to the pixel columns, respectively; a plurality of scan lines extending in the second direction; and a power line which supplies a driving power voltage to the pixels. Each of the data lines includes a first sub-data line disposed at a side of a corresponding pixel column, and a second sub-data line disposed at an opposite side of the corresponding pixel column, and each of the pixels includes a first transistor and a display element connected to the first transistor, where the power line overlaps with at least a portion of the first transistor.

A display device includes pixels, and a power supply to supply a first initialization voltage to the pixels through a first initialization power line, and to supply a second initialization voltage to the pixels through a second initialization power line. A display device includes a substrate, a circuit layer, a light emitting element layer, and a display driving circuit. The circuit layer comprises demux circuit units side by side in a demux area of a non-display area of the substrate and electrically connected between data lines and the display driving circuit, test signal supply lines in the non-display area and transmitting test signals for testing the lighting state of light emitting elements of the light emitting element layer, and test pad connection lines respectively electrically connected to test signal pads in the sub-area and extending to the non-display area. The power line and the initialization power line may be provided on different layers. The initialization power line may include: first conductive lines extending in a direction oblique to the scan lines and the data lines; and conductive lines intersecting the first conductive lines. The first and second conductive lines may be disposed in areas between the pixel electrodes of adjacent light-emitting elements.

Each of the pixels includes: a display element, a first transistor connected to a first node and configured to control an amount of current supplied to the display element, the first transistor including a gate electrode; a second transistor connected between one of the data lines and the first node, the second transistor including a gate electrode connected to one of the scan lines; and a third transistor connected to the gate electrode of the first transistor, the third transistor including a gate electrode connected to one of the scan lines. The power line overlaps with at least a portion of the first transistor in a plan view, and is disposed on a different layer from the data lines.

Display device which prevents formation of parasitic capacitor in a pixel

A display device includes a substrate, a light emitting element located on the substrate, an encapsulation layer covering the light emitting element, a sensing electrode located on the encapsulation layer, a first sensing line including a first portion having a first thickness and a second portion having a second thickness, and a second sensing line extended from the sensing electrode. The second sensing line is in contact with the first portion of the first sensing line. The first thickness and the second thickness are substantially the same. The first portion is positioned higher than the second portion from the substrate.

An emission driver according to example embodiments includes a plurality of stages each having an input block; an output block; a first signal processing block controlling a voltage of a first node; a second signal processing block controlling a voltage of a fourth node in response to the signal supplied to a third input terminal and a voltage of a fifth node; a third signal processing block controlling the voltage of the fourth node; a fourth signal processing block controlling the voltage of the third node; and a stabilization block electrically connected between the input block and the output block to limit a voltage drop between the first node and the third node. The stabilization block may limit a voltage drop between a second node and the fourth node by lowering a voltage of a second power source to the fifth node.
