A vibration speaker may include a vibration plate fixed to a housing, a vibrator mounted in the housing to vibrate in a vibration direction of the vibration plate and having a magnet forming a magnetic field, a voice coil member configured to vibrate the vibration plate through interaction of the magnet with the vibrator, and a vibration transmission member configured to support the voice coil member in a state of being fixed to an internal surface of the vibration plate and transmit vibration of the voice coil member to the vibration plate, wherein the vibration transmission member includes a spacing support portion fixed to the voice coil member to be spaced from the internal surface of the vibration plate, and a vibration transmission portion protruding from the spacing support portion to be fixed to the internal surface of the vibration plate.

An area varying capacitive sensor for substantially reducing a drift and an offset without performing a complicated process by linearizing a signal while automatically compensating the offset and the drift by additionally disposing an electrode and performing a simple signal process without applying complicated signal processing to an area varying capacitive sensor having a periodic electrode, a self compensation and signal linearization method of the area varying capacitive sensor are provided. A self compensation and signal linearization method of the sensor having four electrode sets that are disposed to generate a phase difference signal of 90 degrees comprises: controlling the four electrode sets to respectively output a signal with a phase difference of 90 degrees; acquiring two signals from which common signal components including a drift and an offset are eliminated by subtracting the signals that have opposite phases from among the signals that are output by the four electrode sets; controlling peak values of the two signals from which the common signal components are eliminated to have the same size, and acquiring two signals from which absolute values are taken; and comparing sizes of the two signals from which the absolute values are taken, taking a lesser value, and acquiring a linearized triangular wave.

Area-varying capacitive sensor, and self compensation and signal linearization method thereof

The present invention relates to a sensor that uses a sensing mechanism having a combined static charge and a field effect transistor, the sensor including: a substrate; source and drain units formed on the substrate and separated from each other; a channel unit interposed between the source and drain units; a membrane separated from the channel unit, disposed on a top portion and displaced in response to an external signal; and a static charge member formed on a bottom surface of the membrane separately from the channel unit and generating an electric field. Accordingly, since the sensor using a sensing mechanism having a combined static charge and a field effect transistor according to an embodiment of the present invention can measure the displacement or movement of the sensor by measuring a change of the electric field of the channel unit of the field effect transistor by using a static member, the electric field can be formed so as to be proportional to an amount of charge and inversely proportional to a squared distance regardless of the intensity and distribution of an external electric field. Therefore, sensitivity is improved without being affected by an external electric field.
