A roof-type air conditioner is provided in which condensate water generated during interior cooling by an air conditioning unit is collected in a collecting unit to prevent the condensate water from flowing into an interior space of a vehicle. Due to accumulation of the condensate water, the condensate water collected by the collecting unit is discharged to the outside of the vehicle to prevent overflow and contamination of condensate water.

A decreased number of doors are used to adjust the temperature of air-conditioning air with regard to each mode, thus reducing the entire package. In addition, front and rear indoor spaces can be temperature-controlled individually, and comfort can be provided for each passenger seat.
