In method for replaying a scanning process according to the present invention, position information and rotation information of a scanner are acquired while scanning a scan target is a scanning step, and the distance relationship and angle relationship with the scan target can be calculated according to the position information and rotation information of the scanner. Accordingly, there are advantages in that the user can perform additional scanning of inadequately scanned portions, and the results of the scan can be used as material for deriving an optimal path for scanning when performing a scan on another patient having a similar oral cavity shape.
