A motor is provided. The motor includes a stator, a rotor rotatably disposed in the stator, and a motor shaft provided in the rotor to rotate integrally with the rotor. The rotor includes at least one permanent magnet fixing core, at least one injection fixing core alternately stacked with the at least one permanent magnet core in a direction of the motor shaft, a plurality of permanent magnets inserted at a predetermined interval in the at least one permanent magnet fixing core and the at least one injection fixing core, and an injection ring formed to cover the at least one permanent magnet fixing core, the at least one injection fixing core, and the plurality of permanent magnets. The at least one permanent magnet fixing core is formed to prevent the permanent magnets from becoming separated from the rotor by a centrifugal force, and the at least one injection fixing core is formed to prevent the injection ring from becoming separated from the rotor by the centrifugal force.

Motor rotor

A rotor and an electric motor including the rotor are provided. The electric motor includes a rotor and a plurality of stators. The rotor includes a plurality of main magnets that are disposed spaced apart from each other along a circumferential direction with respect to a rotation axis of the rotor, and have a magnetizing direction that is a direction of the rotation axis, a plurality of auxiliary magnetic units that are disposed on both sides of each of the main magnets in the direction of the rotation axis, and have a magnetizing direction that is the circumferential direction, so as to concentrate magnetic flux in each of the main magnets, and a plurality of webs that are disposed between the auxiliary magnetic units so as to generate a reluctance torque.

Rotor and electric motor including the same

Exemplary embodiments disclose a rotor of an electric motor and an electric motor using the same. The rotor includes a core which includes a plurality of protrusion portions which are arranged along an outer circumference of the core and protrude radially to an outer portion of the core, and a plurality of concave portions interposed between the protrusion portions; a plurality of permanent magnets which are respectively disposed at the plurality of concave portions; and a plurality of pole pieces which are disposed at the plurality of concave portions and at outer sides of the plurality of permanent magnets. A length of each of the plurality of pole pieces in an axial direction is shorter than a length of each of the plurality of protrusion portions in the axial direction.

Rotor of electric motor and motor using the same

A stator module and a motor including the stator module are provided. The motor includes a stator and a stator module. The rotor includes a rotor core and a plurality of rotor poles arranged around a circumference of the rotor core, each generating a magnetic flux. The stator module includes a first stator and a second stator disposed coaxially with each other, each being rotatable in a circumferential direction and each having a coil wound thereon, and a rotation driving unit which controls a rotation of the first stator and the second stator through the same angle in opposite directions, thereby controlling a flux linkage of a rotor according to the rotational angle of each of the first stator and the second stator.

Stator module and motor including the same

Defrost method for accurately defrosting food to be defrosted, regardless of frozen degree and presence/absence of receptacle for food to be defrosted. The defrosting method includes the steps of: determining an initial value by detecting a surface temperature of food to defrost; determining a defrost completion value in accordance with the initial value which is determined in the step of determining the initial value; detecting a current value of an infrared sensor at a regular time basis while driving a magnetron; and completing the defrosting process if the current value reaches the completion value. An output value of the infrared sensor is detected at a predetermined regular time basis while a rotatable tray for placing the food is rotated, and the initial value is obtained from the lowest output value among a plurality of output values which are detected. A gap between the initial value and the completion value is divided into at least two divisions, and a power rate of the magnetron is varied in accordance with the respective divisions. The power rate of the magnetron of the respective divisions, is decreased from the value which is closer to the initial value to the value which is closer to the completion value.

Defrosting method for a microwave oven using an infrared sensor

A color filter having patterns for aligning a mask and a method of manufacturing the same. An align key pattern causes a step difference in height of an overlayed resist layer which, in turn, diffracts a laser beam. The diffracted light is detected to generate an alignment signal to which a mask for exposing the subsequent resist layer is aligned.
