A rheometer according to an embodiment includes a substrate on which an object to be measured is placed, a vibration unit configured to provide a vibration to the substrate, a plurality of probe units each including a quartz tuning fork and a contact member fixed to the quartz tuning fork, the contact member being able to contact the object, the plurality of probe units having different types of the contact members. Any one of the plurality of probe units is selected and contacts the object, and a controller configured to calculate a viscoelastic force of the object based on a vibration of the vibration unit and a vibration transmitted to the quartz tuning fork through the object from the vibration of the vibration unit.

Rheometer

A Raman spectroscopy apparatus using a nano printing device is provided to perform Raman spectroscopy on nanoscale nanostructures printed from the nano printing device. The Raman spectroscopy apparatus includes a laser light source configured to generate and emit a laser light to the nanostructures, and a Raman detector configured to collect spectroscopic information from the light scattered by the nanostructures.

Nano printing device and Raman analysis apparatus using same

A nano-pattern lithographic fabrication apparatus for fabricating a fine pattern using a pulled micro-pipette is disclosed. This apparatus includes a container for receiving a certain solution therein, a container controlling unit for controlling the movement of the container and an ejection of the solution filled in the container, a sample moving unit for supporting and moving the sample, a detector for detecting a distance between the container controlling unit and the sample moving unit, and a controlling unit for receiving a detection signal from the detector and controlling the movement of the container and the sample moving unit and a distance therebetween.

Nano-pattern lithographic fabrication using pulled micro-pipette and method thereof

A recording media for recording/reproducing information by using an near-field, overcoming a diffraction limit, and having an ultra-high recording density, and a fabrication method thereof, and a recording/reproducing device are disclosed. The optical recording medium includes a planar aperture array which can generate the near-field light, an information recording layer, and a spacer maintaining a predetermined gap between the planar aperture array and the recording layer, the gap being sealed from an external environment. The optical recording/reproducing device is controlled by a macro-servo and a micro-servo, thereby recording/reproducing the information by using the planar aperture array thereof. As a result, the present invention overcomes a diffraction limit, achieves the ultra-high recording density, and thus records a large amount of information even on the small area.
