An axial rolling bearing consisting of at least one annular bearing disc which has a circumferential raceway arched in profile cross section, and consisting of a multiplicity of rolling elements formed as bearing needles or bearing rollers and arranged next to one another in a circular form, which roll on the raceway of the bearing disc and are kept at uniform distances from one another by a bearing cage. The arched raceway is formed having at least one circumferential groove-shaped depression at least in the region of one of the two ends of the rolling elements.

Axial rolling bearing

Rolling bearings and methods of making the same are disclosed. The rolling bearing may include an inner ring, an outer ring and rolling elements arranged radially or axially between the inner ring and the outer ring. A coating may be formed at least partially on the inner ring, and/or on the outer ring, and/or on the rolling elements, wherein the coating is formed predominantly from tungsten and is configured to prevent white etching cracks. The rolling bearing may be used in a wind turbine.

A plain bearing assembly of a rotational element on a bearing pin, the assembly including a bearing bolt, a bearing sleeve, which is non-rotatably mounted on the pin and which has a first bearing surface formed on its outer circumference, a rotational element which is rotatably mounted on the bearing sleeve and which has a second bearing surface that is formed on its inner circumference and that is slidingly mounted on the first bearing surface. The bearing pin has at least one lubricant channel opening onto the outer side of the pin and the bearing sleeve has a radial groove formed on its inner circumference, which groove communicates with the radial lubricant channel, and at least one opening branching off radially from the radial groove and opening towards the rotational element. The rotational element has a radial groove formed on its inner circumference and communicating with the opening and the first bearing surface is harder than the second bearing surface.

A slip-free rolling bearing () is provided, in the outer ring () of which there is formed an encircling groove (). The rolling bodies () of this rolling bearing are surrounded, in the manner of an envelope circle, by a central ring () and are in physical contact therewith. To ensure permanent drive of the rolling bodies, the central ring is inserted into the groove so as to be radially free but is fixed rotationally fixedly in said groove, wherein a radial depth of the groove is greater than a thickness of the central ring. The rotational fixing of the central ring in the groove of the outer ring is effected by a spring element.

Slip-free rolling bearing

An axial roller bearing, in particular an axial needle bearing, having a first annular bearing disk and a second annular bearing disk that are each made of a thin-walled sheet steel and are arranged at a distance from one another on a common center axis, and a plurality of rolling elements, arranged next to one another, that roll between the axial inner sides&#x2014;implemented as races&#x2014;of the two bearing disks and that are held at uniform distances from one another by a bearing cage. The bearing disks are implemented as disk springs that deflect as a function of load and have races positioned at an angle, and are arranged relative to one another such that the rolling elements have low-friction point contact in the unloaded state of the axial roller bearing and only have load-bearing line contact with the races in the fully loaded state.

Axial anti-friction bearing, in particular axial needle bearing

A locking unit of a camshaft adjuster () for an internal combustion engine is provided, in which a locking pin () establishes a positive connection between a driving element and a driven element of the camshaft adjuster (). The driving element and/or the driven element are formed by a plastic part. An insert () against which the locking pin () rests and which is supported relative to the plastic part in the area of an inner and outer contour is inserted into the plastic part. Providing large area support of the contours makes it possible to use plastic as a material in spite of the great stress that occurs, particular attention being paid to a good introduction of force into the plastic part.

Camshaft adjuster

A lip-type shaft seal is made of elastic material with a Shore A hardness of &#x2266;75, includes a radial sealing lip, which has a sealing edge to bear against a rotating component and terminates in a axial sealing lip, which has a sealing edge to rests in installed state against a contact surface. The axial sealing lip extends at an angle of &#x2267;35&#xb0; in relation to a symmetry axis of the shaft seal, when the axial sealing lip has not been installed yet and is under no tension, and extends from the sealing edge of the radial sealing lip at a length of &#x2267;1.4 mm. When the shaft seal is installed, the axial sealing lip rests against the contact surface at an axial overlap of 0.05 to 0.55 mm.
