For an electronic circuit module (), more particularly a circuit module that is used as an inverter for an electrical machine or as a converter, comprising at least one electronics unit (), more particularly a power electronics unit, wherein the electronics unit () comprises at least one carrier substrate () and at least one electrical and/or electronic component () provided on the carrier substrate (), at least one first connection point () and at least two second connection points () are formed on the carrier substrate () on a substrate top side () of the carrier substrate (), the first connection point () is provided between the two second connection points (), and wherein the electronic circuit module () further comprises at least one electrical or electronic part () having at least one first bus bar () for electrically contacting the electronic part () and at least one second bus bar () for electrically contacting the electronic part (), the invention proposes that an electrically conductive bridge element () electrically conductively interconnects the two second connection points (), the bridge element () passing, bridge-like, over the first connection point () and being spaced apart from the first connection point by means of a gap and electrically isolated, the first connection point () being electrically conductively connected to the first bus bar () by first connection elements () and the second connection point being electrically conductively connected to the second bus bar () by second connection elements ().

Electronic circuit module

An electrical machine includes an interconnection assembly that creates contact for a stator of the electrical machine, a busbar that creates contact for the interconnection assembly, a measurement printed circuit board that is arranged perpendicularly to an axis of rotation of the electrical machine, on a side of the interconnection assembly that is averted from the stator, wherein a field sensor is arranged on the measurement printed circuit board, and a flux concentrator that engages around the busbar and the field sensor.

The invention relates to an electrical filter element () for filtering alternating voltage interference. The cooling device further includes an inlet for supplying a cooling medium, an outlet for discharging a cooling medium, a first cooling channel, a second cooling channel, a third cooling channel, and a fourth cooling channel. The first cooling channel is arranged on the first end face, the second cooling channel is arranged on the second end face, the third cooling channel is arranged on the first lateral face, the fourth cooling channel is arranged on the second lateral face, and the first and the second cooling channel are each fluidically connected to the third and fourth cooling channel.

Cooling device for cooling a power component

The invention relates to an electronic module (), in particular an electronic power module for hybrid vehicles or electric vehicles, comprising: a printed circuit board () with at least one contact point (); an electronic unit (), in particular a power electronic unit, with at least one connection point (), the connection point () of the electronic unit () being electrically connected to the contact point () of the printed circuit board () by means of at least one electrically conductive contact element (); and a heat sink () with a top (), the electronic unit () bearing indirectly and/or directly against the top () of the heat sink (). For a power module comprising at least three levels stacked one above another, including: at least one heat sink () having a top side (), at least one adhesion-promoting intermediate layer () applied to the top side () of the heat sink () and extending in a planar fashion and having a first side (), which faces the top side () of the heat sink (), and a second side (), which faces away from the first side (), at least one metallic layer () arranged on the second side () of the intermediate layer () and subdivided into conductor track sections () and having a contact side (), which faces the second side () of the intermediate layer (), wherein the power module furthermore comprises at least one electronic power component () which is applied to at least one conductor track section () of the metallic layer () and is electrically contacted electrically with the at least one conductor track section () of the metallic layer (), it is proposed that the metallic layer () subdivided into conductor track sections () is produced from at least one metal sheet subdivided into conductor track sections () independently of the production of the intermediate layer () and the heat sink ().
