The two skates steered by leaning sideways normally curve along circles of similar curvature. As the two circles are offset by the legs' distance they intersect. In order to avoid this disadvantage it is desirable that the outer leg's curved track has a larger radius than the inner leg's curved track. Using lean-controlled steered skates with tiltable wheels comprising a parallelogram closed fourbar linkage including two horizontal cross-guides the purpose is achieved by affixing the two cross-guides rotatably to extensions of the frame in such a way that the vertical projection of the rotation axis makes a solid angle with the vertical projection of the pivot axes of the closed fourbar linkage.

Asymmetrically steering rolling device

A rolling device comprises a wheel pair, consisting of two wheels ( )affixed to wheel-holders ( ), which are interconnected by two cross-guides ( ) thus forming a parallelogram link chain. One cross-guide ( ) is rotatably secured to extension of the platform providing an acute angle between a rotation axis ( ) and the pivot axes ( ) of the four links which constitute the parallelogram link chain. The second cross-guide ( ) is secured at the platform extension using a universal joint. One such tilt-steering wheel pair mechanism together with at least one fixed wheel is attached at opposite ends of the rolling device to make it work.

Tilt-steered rolling device

The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for the uniform and simultaneous illumination by means of radiation of the interior surfaces of cavities for the purpose of observation and/or irradiation. In particular, such cavities may be not only hollow organ cavities, but also cavities in non-organic objects. The solution provides that the interior of the cavities is filled, at least in part, with a light scattering or dispersing medium and the dispersing medium is caused to shine or scatter light by means of one or a plurality of radiations or scattered light. With the integral irradiation used according to the present invention, two procedures are combined technologically, namely diagnosis and therapy of, for example, carcinoma in organ cavities which have been photosensitized by chemical substances, possibly on the basis of differences in decomposition of cancerous and normal tissue.
