Various embodiments include a geared motor unit comprising: a motor with a stator and a rotor; and a gearbox including a first element, a second element, and a third element. The stator is connected to the third element and the rotor is connected to the first element. At least one element of the gearbox is connected to a mass.

Various embodiments include a robot unit for a technical apparatus comprising: a base connecting the robot unit to the technical apparatus; a first member pivot-mounted on the base; and a second member pivot-mounted on the base or the first member. The first member and the second member are each movable in one direction relative to a degree of freedom by a separate actuator. The first member and the second member are only movable together counter to the direction relative to the degree of freedom by a single counter actuator device.

An actuator comprising: a piezo actuator; a drive having a drive chamber and a drive piston element driven by the piezo actuator; a first output having an output chamber and a piston element; and a second output having an output chamber and a piston element. At least part of the hydraulic fluid is conveyed out of the drive chamber by movement of the drive piston element and into the first output chamber. At least part of the hydraulic fluid is conveyed out of the drive chamber and into the second output chamber. The second output piston element has a hydraulically active second output face which is different in size from the first output face. There may be a coupling device mechanically coupling the first output piston element to the second output piston element.

Piezohydraulic actuator

The disclosure relates to a wheel suspension of a device having an electrical drive of a wheel for supporting a manual movement impulse. The wheel suspension includes a connector piece movably or bendably arranged between a support element or support frame connected to the device and between an interior stator of an electrical drive, wherein the connector piece is held in a starting position due to the gravity of the device, without other influencing forces. The wheel suspension also includes at least one sensor that detects a deflection of the connector piece, and a control device designed such that the control device together with the electrical drive counteracts a deflection or bending of the connector piece.

A piezohydraulic actuator system includes four chambers: a first chamber defined by a drive bellows filled with a hydraulic fluid and movable by a piezo actuator, a second chamber defined by a hydraulic cylinder filled with the hydraulic fluid, which defines a first output; a third chamber defined by an output bellows filled with the hydraulic fluid, which defines a second output; and a fourth chamber defining a reservoir of the hydraulic fluid. The drive bellows is hydraulically connected via a first check valve to the second chamber. A hydraulic piston in the hydraulic cylinder is coupled mechanically to the output bellows. The drive bellows is hydraulically connected via a second check valve to the fourth chamber. The hydraulic fluid reservoir is hydraulically connected via a third check valve to the output bellows, and the hydraulic cylinder is hydraulically connected via a fourth check valve to the output bellows.

Various embodiments may include a coupling element for an electrical switching device comprising: a first switching contact at a first end of a winding body; a second switching contact; and a rotating body through which the winding body extends. The rotating body rotates on the winding body and the winding body translates along its longitudinal axis. A cord is arranged on each of the two sides of the rotating body between the rotating body and the winding body so that winding and unwinding of the cord is caused by opposite rotational movements of the rotating body driving a translational movement of the winding body. The rotating body is coupled to two springs so that a spring force always acts on the rotating body in both directions of rotation. A lock blocks the rotating body in at least two extreme positions of the translational movement of the winding body.

A torque transmission device includes an inner ring, an outer ring, and at least one pair of receiving bellows. The at least one pair of receiving bellows includes a positive receiving bellows and a negative receiving bellows. The torque transmission device also includes at least one gas pressure spring and an adjusting unit connected to the at least one gas pressure spring. The receiving bellows are arranged between the outer ring and the inner ring such that when the inner ring is rotated in the positive rotational direction, the positive receiving bellows may be compressed, and when the inner ring is rotated in the negative rotational direction, the negative receiving bellows may be compressed. In addition, the receiving bellows are connected to the at least one gas pressure spring in a fluidically conductive manner.

Torque transmission device, actuator and robot

A stroke translator or an injector having a solid-state actuator for generating a stroke and a hydraulic system for the hydraulic transmission of the stroke of the solid-state actuator to a control element such as a jet needle of a valve. The hydraulic system has hydraulic volumes hermetically sealed to the outside by metal bellows and constitute a hydraulic bearing with compensation for play. The advantages over known hydraulic levers are such that a complete metal seal is provided, and that a lower-wear design can be realized. Furthermore, a modular structure can be produced.
