The invention relates to a thrust washer () for an electric machine () intended to be arranged on a shaft () between a bearing () and a rotor (), preferably a rotating electrical contact element () impacted by brushes (), and/or a disk pack () of the rotor (). The thrust washer () is provided with an area for sealing having two end faces (). On each end face (), at least one radial abutment section () for the bearing (), or the rotor (), is provided. The thrust washer () according to the invention is characterized in that it is made of at least one hard component () and one soft component (), wherein the part of the radial abutment section () abutting the rotor () and/or the bearing () is formed by the soft component ().

Thrust washer for an electric machine

The invention relates to a DC current machine, in particular a DC current motor for driving a blower of a motor vehicle, with a pole housing forming the stator of the machine, a rotor that is rotatably mounted in two bearing plates, and with a brush support for supplying current to the rotor. According to the invention, a support is integrated into the brush support, with de-tensioning for the electrical connecting cables of the machine, which means that a secure fastening, de-tensioning, and insulation of the connecting cables is achieved without additional components and without additional expense in the assembly of the machine.

Direct current machine

The invention relates to a device () for accommodating an electric motor (), particularly a blower motor for a heating or air-conditioning system, comprising an essentially pot-shaped accommodating housing () serving as a motor housing and having an accommodating opening () in which the pole casing () of an electric motor () can be inserted while at least partially projecting inside. The inventive device also comprises a retaining flange () mounted on the accommodating housing () and serving to fasten the motor housing () to a supporting element, and comprises a control and regulating unit () mounted on the retaining flange () and serving to operate the electric motor (). The invention provides that the accommodating housing () has, in the peripheral direction, at least one flattened area (), which differs from a circular shape while corresponds with at least one flattening () of an outer contour of the control and regulating unit (). The invention also relates to an electric motor (), particularly a direct-current motor having at least two permanent magnetic poles () and a pole casing () serving as a magnetic return ring and having at least one flattening () on the periphery of the pole casing, for use in a device () of the aforementioned type.

Method for accomodating an electric motor

The invention relates to a device for mounting an electric motor () in a manner that isolates vibrations, in particular a fan motor, wherein the electric motor () features at least one pole housing () serving as a magnetic yoke circuit, as well as means () for fastening isolating elements (), in particular elastic isolating elements. In accordance with the invention it is proposed that the means () for fastening the isolating elements () are embodied to be a single piece with the pole housing ().
